Great channel 👍Can I ask about your HKS radiator cap. Is it a type S or N? Confusing info online as HKS state the correct one is a N but i also read ona forum thats only for JDM and Europeans need the Type S
Cheers buddy 👍 I’ll be honest I’m not quite sure, I bought mine from CTC performance about 3 years ago and it didn’t state whether it was a type S or N. I’ll have a look on mine to see if it says anything
@@wallsworkshop Thanks. Is it the 127 KPA (1.3kg/cm) one?
Nice work buddy! With the seized bolts, you can use helical easyouts. Drill the correct sized, small hole, then screw in the easy out, that grips the seized screw/bolt and unwinds it with an opposing thread (hope that makes sense). Or rent a heat induction tool🤔🤔 Like the intake mods too. I prefer the bonnet clean but it does come with challenges. The car looks a 100 times better for it, very cool!👍👍 Always a joy to watch😊👍💜✌️
Thanks buddy! Yeah I catch your drift I’ll probably do that at a later date if necessary but this is working just fine for the time being 😊 Everybody said that I wish I’d have done it sooner, but yeah I do need to do the stone chips they’re doing my head in haha Thank you very much 😁👌😎
Personally, I've never liked that bonnet guard, although it does the job. But I dont like to openly criticize someone else's mods. Stone chips sucks, I have a lot of them too, always fixing them with Suzuki paint sticks. I'm thinking of getting some protective foil for the bonnet eventually.
Not a lot of people do I also fell out of love with it but it’s saved the bonnet from being even more battered than it is at least. I’m debating spraying the bonnets stone chips but it’ll be a nightmare to blend etc so I’m not too sure yet, some foil or protective film really isn’t a bad shout with Suzukis thin paint 😅
Hey Waldo why you dont instal the intake kit from ctc? Than you can fit the strut bar easily i guess Greetings from the Netherlands🇳🇱
Hi there! IMO the CTC intake is rather too expensive for what it is, the whole point of this is to prove it can be done not only for less money but by anybody at home too. The strut bar will still most likely fit I’m not too worried about that it was mainly a talking point for the video It’s nice to see viewers from different countries, thanks for watching 🙏🏴
@@wallsworkshop That’s true the ctc one is quite expensive for what it is But i have to say that the way it fits is well thought out. But it’s good to have a budget friendly option as well. Keep up the good work man!👌
What Exhaust is on it Mate? .. Is it a Remus ? ...how much was it ? Cheers from a potential owner.
Hi mate, it's not a Remus this is a custom catback made by Swift Auto Services (Barnsley) IMO the Remus sounds nowhere near as good as any custom job 👍

Hi Wall any updates with the noise did u get the cause of it?
Hi mate, yeah I'm pretty much certain it's the valves that require an adjustment. For now it's okay but I'm going to work on getting it sorted for good
Great vid catch up.. I’m 2yrs on mine. The tyre dash light was doing my nut in as it’s in a couple of vids then u noticed slow puncture 😂. Last race vid heard you might be in Belfast. I’m in Belfast - pls give a heads up - love to meet you guys 👍 how do I get your sticker?
Thanks mate, the tyre light isn't because of that I just need to put air in that tyre lol, It's because of my type R alloys they don't have the TPMS valve stems in them, so the light has actually been on for 3 years😅Yes I do want to plan a race to Belfast but it's proving difficult to organise but I can get something sorted for the future. I was in Belfast in 2019 and I loved it, can't wait to go back! I'll for sure post an update for when I do plan to come over would be great to meet you too ✌ The stickers used to be for sale a while ago, if enough interest I'll revive the listing, they'll be dirt cheap if I do re list them.
Owning mine for nearly 2yrs now and I'm also doing a lot of DIY projects on it, nothing performance related but I'm still looking for the right front splitter, used the rubber one twice already but i need a new look on it, where did you get yours?, literally want the very same one...
My splitter is an InTuning splitter. I got mine 2nd hand from FB marketplace but I'm pretty sure you can get a brand new one on eBay

with the tune and the other mods how much bhp are you running mate?
I'll be honest mate I've no idea on an actual number, no crazy gains, I'd guess 155-160? That's a ballpark figure I could be wrong. I'm either going to go back to a stock map or get it re tuned as it want's doing again as I changed a few odd bits.
@@wallsworkshop ahh fair enough mate, really loving the way you’ve documented the whole process even though I’m a newer viewer definitely think you’re doing a great job mate, also would love to see a dyno vid going over the mods ecu etc and maybe future upgrades if you plan on any more
@@conorcl7053 Thanks for your kind words I really appreciate it 🙏I'll be honest it won't be seeing a dyno for quite some time, until I'm 110% happy with how things are, it needs re mapping again, valve clearance adjusting and a new clutch as this one is high as balls lol, but it's defo an idea for the future! I'll be doing plenty more stuff to it in the meantime which will all be put on here :)
While almost all sports cars/hot hatches have become heavier, more powerful and more technologically complicated in the last decade, and also there will no longer be petrol-only sports in the EU, I think these last 2 generations will eventually become something of a classic. Sort of like the last breed of old-school Japanese sports cars in this era. Sort of like an MX5. Not too much power, but light on its feet and incredibly nimble with the right driver and on the right roads.
Very well said, and I 100% agree!!
like @bl.culture said, I absolutely agree with you. Everything new now comes lumbered with a hybrid system. I'll be holding onto Suzie I think haha
Congrats on the 5 years of ownership. Can you get a second/third opinion on the cam follower/lifters/tappet noise? Ive got a list of preventive jobs piling up, including rocker cover bolts/gasket and spark plugs, gear linkage bushes etc.
Thanks Bud! I could do but I'm absolutely certain that it's the valves needing adjustment, I trust my dad's judgement on it as he's been a truck mechanic for Scania most his life. I forgot to mention in this video I sorted the two snapped rocker cover bolts so that's one more thing done, no doubt something else will come up lol
@@wallsworkshop Well done mate. I'm sure it's tappet adjustment too. Well done for getting the new bolts in. I must change my rocker cover gasket and make sure the bolts are free.
Rivington / Belmont area isnt a bad place for a drive / nice views (Few tight roads) Been down there a few times in my ZC32S and probs will be there and other places again once my nightmare clutch issues are sorted 🤣 - But its North Manchester not far from Bolton if you dont know it already

Hey mate, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the amazing content you’ve been sharing about our shared passion for the ZC32S. Your content has been incredibly helpful and informative. I’m currently facing an issue with my ZC32S 2012 that I was hoping you might have some insight on. My manual transmission is giving me some trouble - sometimes it gets stuck when shifting gears or becomes hard to shift, and other times it makes a grinding noise when moving from one gear to another. Have you ever encountered a similar problem with your car, or do you have any ideas on what might be causing this issue?
Hi mate, thanks very much for your kind works :) I appreciate the support! If you’re having trouble changing gears I’d recommend changing your gearbox oil that will make it much better, I highly doubt the gearbox would be toast. Give it a try and I hope it works for you :)

Did yours said it made for ZC33s or ZC32s? Here in NZ can be very windy and I do highway driving all the time. If I leave gaps on both sides like yours I think the tapes won’t be able to hold it down as it creates drag.
It's for a ZC32S this one, Honestly I held mine on with just the 3M and it gets very windy here in England too especially in winter, I did probably the best part of 25K miles with it on and it didn't move an inch after this video, you'd probably get away with it or worst case, use sealant on the ends.
@@wallsworkshop by the way, have you dealt with the CTC guys in person? I find them like a bunch of grumpy buggers ay, no greetings in replying emails and all lol
Looks sick! CTC makes the best spoilers. I’m getting mine new as carbon fibre. Just wondering if the 3M extreme outdoor tape will hold the spoilers in place…I might have to use sealant but like you said it can be messy.
Thanks! I have to say though my new spoiler is miles better. This one was carbon fibre but the previous owner already sprayed it idk why
Use masking tapes next time?
I was lazy! This spoiler now lives on my friends zc31s, who also didn't use masking tape

Yeah got mine on FB second hand I knew I wasn't gonna keep it for ages. I think they say that just incase someone with no brain tries it and sticks it upside down and blames CTC lol
Nice work buddy✌️💜😊👍

Hi mate thanks for your comment, I'm running completely stock suspension on the 32 😊
@@wallsworkshop that’s nice cause ive been planning to lower it but since i am watching your vids im really liking the stock height . With less worry on road 😁
Do you have the link for this grille??
Sadly not I purchased this grille a long time ago, the listing doesn't exist anymore
How much money do u think u have spent on the car intotal
Honestly mate I don't even know at this point I've lost track
them halo lights are shit quality only had mine on for a few months and one completely stopped working and the other starts flickering for the price they are shocking
I remember when you put yours on, for the money they're terrible quality just feels the same as a set on eBay for a tenner. Hopefully they stop selling because its daylight robbery 70 odd quid for them
