Was toying with getting a Swift sport as my new daily run around and your videos have convinced me mate 😂 Genuinely reignited my passion for cars. Viewing a lovely zc32s next week and I’m buzzing! Keep up the great work.

That's mint mate I guess the videos did the job well 🤣 let me know how you get on with the viewing! They're great daily's that do a bit of everything just nicely, I'm sure you'll probably like it. Thanks 🙏 currently putting some videos together to release before Japfest in 2 weeks time.

That dent sucked, but it happens. I had my car for about 3 months and one day I noticed that my front bumper was slightly cracked. Just a small line, but I was still pissed and sure I hadn't hit anything. But this is something we have to reckon with every time we go anywhere for a ride, any damage may be caused by our fault or by someone else.

That's it these things do happen and usually when you least expect/need it. Luckily these sort of day to day dents and marks can be fixed relatively easily, but I agree it's very annoying when it happens. Thankfully this dent came out okay in the end.

Honestly, definitely turned out better than I thought. Initially I could tell with the line but after it dried couldn't even tell. How did that dent form in the first place anyway?

Same here I didn't think it would go as well as it did, the guys at the paint shop always mix and colour match pretty much perfectly so it dries as close as it can get to original paint. I was rushing around at my unit like an idiot and I hadn't put my handbrake on fully when pulling up, I opened the door straight away and before I could catch it the car rolled back into a concrete fence post and creased the door.

    Tunnocks Caramel Bars too! Wow!!
Did someone try to break into your motor with that dent? Id have treated/converted the rust/metal, then skimmed or primed etc. Each to their own and I try to avoid filler too 🤔🤗 You did a good job though👍✌️🤗😊
I pondered if a half decent airbrush with a battery compressor might have done the job too🤔🤔
Sorry to see what happened to your mate's motor, some twat did that and didnt fess up🤬🤬🤬

I know haha!! Fortunately not it was down to my own stupidity 🤣 I was thinking of doing this but with me having minimal time and resources at this unit I don't think I'd have crammed that into one day. I will be revisiting this in about 12 months when hopefully we've moved onto a better unit.
Thanks! :) I'd say an airbrush would walk doing this job with a good compressor, again I have the kit but no power or utilities in the current unit.
It's very annoying that someone's done that and just ran away, we found out 2 local cars were stolen, joyridden and ditched half a mile down the road in some lodges, we think it was them who did this. At least the damage is fixable plus I have some blue paint ready to go, I'm glad that it wasn't much worse.

@@wallsworkshop I understand, the panel guys made short work of it, in the dry. Looks very good so far as is mate👍✌️😊
I've a cheapish, portable (battery) compressor (I've two small receiver types too), no pulse to it (even without a receiver), not detected any moisture with a hour's use (I've moisture traps if needed) and works around 15-20psi. There are better cheap, airbrushes now too (if you don't use them often), even trigger types. Let me know if you need any purchasing advice - Ive been using ABs on and off since the 1970s. With cars, I often ended up with rattle cans or contracting it out as paint type, thinners and colour match was the issue (stopped me from airbrushing). Some rattle cans have a really good spray pattern too, very fine.
Glad the Micra can be fixed. Crime is on the rise here too - we have a helicopter land in the estate to recover a stab victim 2-3 times a year now, he fly's in across our roof, VERY low. Unheard of even ten years ago. We all know the causes, no one dare utter why though and the coppers have lost all common sense, unless you're a woke cause or a big business🙄💔😳💔☹️🇨🇳🇨🇳🙄🙄🙄😳
