Here in Australasia, Suzuki will continue to offer the current gen swift sport until late 2025. After that it seems uncertain that we will see an updated model. Really sad times. They're such cracking little cars.
Very sad times indeed, the end of a 30 odd year era of the sporty swift. I'm not sure when they'll discontinue the Swift Sport ZC33S here but I'm assuming it's not too far into the future.
I think even if they didn't go EV/hybrid they would still have to make overcomplicated cars to pass emissions and it would still kill the Sports we love. Even the latest 33 hybrid isn't a pure hot/warm hatch in my eyes anymore, sorry to anyone who owns one, I'm not saying it's a bad car. By the way, have you seen the EURO NCAP crash test of the new Swift? Quite a disaster... This will not be a good advert for Suzuki.
Agree it’ll have been an over complicated 33 sport which wouldn’t have been fantastic. I haven’t seen the crash test yet but I’ll defo have to give that a watch and maybe do a reaction/comparison videos with the other generation swifts…
Honestly mate I’d say save up your money and buy one outright can get good ones between 5-6k will be so much better in the long run and you can still enjoy yourself
I absolutely agree with @harryhenderson3571 here, do not finance. You'll be so much better off buying one outright, I bought mine outright at your age, It was difficult saving up but I'm so glad I did it looking back.
Another one- off manufacturer gives - in to all this Bollox ,,,and thats what it is ,,,BOLLOX , I'm Surprised if I'm honest ... On the way to work I saw a number of different cars , all New Horrid EV's and Slippery Hatchbacks , reality was THEY ALL LOOKED THE FOOKIN SAME ... Thanks in part to you mate , I am Buying a 2015 Sport 3 door , Cooper S has to go , 😢 love it to bits , but what a shocking financial Disaster its been , no belts , no charger, should have got one in the first place , All the Best Mate , 200Kid
Me too mate I was surprised to read the article at first. Absolute nonsense isn't it. Commutes to work nowadays are just full of these horrific electric ugly draping eggs rolling down the roads, they're on every street and motorway now it's sad. You Will love the Sport once you have it! We live and learn I guess, All the best to you mate too, thank you for your comment 🙏

Loads of the other car company’s are going away from EVs. Hopefully Suzuki will u turn

Used swift sport prices might rise now. I love mine
I think they definitely will, they’re very lovable cars

will parts still be avaliable?
I'm assuming they will be available for a while but unsure on how long for.
i’m 19, if i finance and insure a zc32s it’ll be £500 monthly including finance, insurance, petrol, etc. would you say it’s worth it.
