  • Here's a 200,000 Mile Honda Civic 1.6 VTEC MB4 to (fingers crossed) replace my Suzuki Swift GLS my time with that car was cut short due to an accident. I had already done quite a bit to the GLS in the 5 months I hadn't made a video on it but sadly most of this won't ever make it to the channel. Hopefully this one works out if not, the 32 will be the bug catcher for a while!

Good cars but very skitish in the wet back end can kick out for fun on a FWD not really controllable. Get a good set of tyres if your keeping it!

Cheers for the advice, I already felt the skittishness a little bit. I'll definitely be keeping it and investing in a set of tyres before I go anywhere far in her!

Love these, Im restoring a 1.8VTi version which has been in our family since new. been off the road for 10 years and needs a fair amount of welding. Defo worth pointing out on these that they love to rust on the front floor and jacking point area and behind the sill covers. other than that they pretty much go on forever.

Very nice I love the VTi ones. Thanks for letting me know those rot points I'll be sure to check them out on mine. The front looks pretty clean so far, there is a little bit on the rear arch but all seems solid to me so fingers crossed she's all good!

@@wallsworkshop most Hondas are good. I only had Honda cars in the last 20 years and will never change that

Still these MA/MB Fastback/ Aerodeck cars are very underrated

@@endlesstwisties that's reassuring to hear since this is properly my first Honda. Ideally I'll keep this until it can't go anymore, which will probably be a long time.

@@endlesstwisties absolutely, you don't see an awful lot of them in the wild either especially aerodecks
