Coucou Émilie, ton cours tombe à point nommé : j'ai chargé en muscu upper ce matin, alors un cours sans trop de chaturangas était parfait😀 Tu trouves que half frog est + intense que frog, j'ai juste hurlé de douleur (genou D très très abîmé) donc j'ai fait 2 rounds de frog à la place...et ils m'ont presque paru confortables, en comparaison 😎 Merci pour cette mobilité des hanches🙏🙏, on en a toujours besoin, et en prime j'ai moins mal au bas do dos maintenant!!! Et bravoooo🎉pour les 10k ! Ils sont vraiment mérités ! !

I liked that when I started I had a lot of judgments on the flow and I thought it's not gonna be good for the back, yet, I finished now with the most open back ever. It's a great flow for advanced. I still believe I need more practice before being able to perfectly follow with you along. Still a great piece! Thank you so much!

I love animal flow and the connection of AL and vinyasa is extremely great. This motions keep the body strong and mobile!

So when I do guided yoga, one of the most enjoyable things is not knowing exactly what's coming, beyond the title and length of the video. So I won’t say anything specific. Well-made yoga sessions like yours are like enjoying art. It’s like how I don’t ask my favorite band to play what I want; I just enjoy their work :D

Coucou Émilie, dès que j'ai vu la vignette, je suis allée chercher le strap 😉 J'ai bien ri quand tu as dit, en tadasana, de monter le genou à la poitrine puis si possible à l'épaule : oui, c'est possible, mais, ayant un peu plus qu'un bonnet B, je dois passer le genou sur le côté 😂😂 Sinon, j'aime rajouter un peu d'équilibre en thread the needle : j'étends derrière moi la jambe opposée au bras qui threads, puis je fais un bind avec le bras libre, c'est super fun ! Merci pour ce cours, c'est incroyable comme le fait de se concentrer pour trouver l'équilibre sur le tapis, permet de (re)trouver un équilibre en-dehors du tapis 🙏🙏
