Thank you so so much, I haven't practiced or moved my body outside the classes I teach in 5-6 days due to shoulder pain and extreme fatigue. This felt great, I pressed the reset button for a moment. Thank you
Im so happy to hear that!! And I know how hard it can be to make time for your own practice as a yoga teacher! So im proud of you for showing up for yourself 🥰🙏
@@yogawithemilie You know, I do so much that is planned and structured with my strength training. So when I do guided yoga, one of the most enjoyable things is not knowing exactly what's coming, beyond the title and length of the video. So I won’t say anything specific. Well-made yoga sessions like yours are like enjoying art. It’s like how I don’t ask my favorite band to play what I want; I just enjoy their work :D
Emilie, it is just wow! my fav practice from all of your videos so far:) strong and playful, stretchy and challenging, and very well-balanced! Split and going out of split were just so much in place! loved it! thank you so much, for it and for being with us here, giving us an opportunity to flow with you! Namaste!
Merci 🙏🙏
Emily, Your Slow and Strong yoga session truly lives up to its name. While the pace starts slow and intentional, it gradually reveals its strength component, delivering a well-rounded experience. The mix of slow movements followed by a repetition with one breath brings a unique rhythm to the session. Your yoga not only enhances my physical recovery, making it an ideal practice after a tough workout, but also offers a therapeutic effect, combining restorative movement with mindfulness. Your thoughtful instruction makes each session feel like a personalized journey, reinforcing why your classes remain engaging and impactful every time. Thanks again, Emily!
Emilie! What a fantastic flow! I love how you incorporate seated poses into an otherwise standing flow. This is the one thing I most miss with many other vinyasa flow pactices. Thank you for your energy and creativity! ❤
Emilie :) I miss flowing with you. This looks so perfect :) I injured my hips I think by moving up too quickly with weights but have really been having trouble with them. I am taking it super easy for now but really really look forward to flowing with you again 🩷 I hope you are having a nice week :)
Hey Erika!! I was wondering where you've been! I hope you'll heal quicly 😊🙏 do you know what exercise you injured yourself in? Take care of yourself 🤍🤍
So sweet that you wondered about me 🩵 I think it was weighted sumo squats and lunges. I found out I have osteopenia and panicked. I just kept hearing about progressive overload and I should have taken it way slower. I started with two 10 pound weights and then quickly moved up to two 25 pound weights. I knew it felt hard but I thought if I could do it it was okay. I guess I didn’t have the strength to actually do it without damaging something. I really am just guessing. But my hips hurt all the time now and even walking hurts. I can’t really sit comfortable on the floor now and I have always been on the floor as I work with babies. I mean of course I am still pushing through it is just Pretty uncomfortable. It is discouraging for sure and my very favorite thing to do with my husband is to take hikes and it just is hard. Feeling a bit bummed but hoping I can heal. I am super happy to see your wonderful channel growing! :):)
@@MsErika1226 Hey Erika, I'm so sorry to hear that... Especially the part about hiking with your hubby... It's also my favorite thing to do with mine and it would be so sad if I couldn't... I really hope it heals soon so that you can get your quality of life back. It's crazy to think about how our health is the one most important thing we have. Take care of yourself and get better soon 💙
@@yogawithemilie hi. I keep following this video to reset my body and feel good. I had commented earlier as well but I'm always reminded that there's something in this particular flow that works well for me. It feels complete and comprehensive. Thank you very much. Will be checking out other videos too.
Hello Emilie! Thank you for this flow, amazing feeling. I have a question, is there any 'particular reason why you don´t use music in your videos as a backgroud? i like getting used to stillness and silence but i was just wondering
Thank you so much Melissa 🥰 I prefer not to use music because if its there you can't turn it out, but if its not then you can add whatever music you want. Sound can be very subjective and some people really don't like certain things so I like to play it safe 😊 in person I always have music though!
Goodness! When the flow really clicks and connects it's exhilarating. Somehow this was a journey. 🌟
Thats why coming back to a class a few times is so nice because when it flows everything just glows a little brighter 🌟😍
Feel good flow 🎉
