This is so helpful. I can't do all of these poses but I find so few classes that do the exercises I need to get strong enough to eventually do them. Thank you for putting together the strength exercises with the flexibility to get me there. I wil be doing this video on repeat!

J'ai pu venir aujourd'hui, Émilie, mes lombaires étaient ok, et je n'ai pas regretté 😀 Tu nous as vraiment bien fait assouplir les hip flexors avant split ! J'adoooooore le bind pied-main opposée en downdog, il est + facile au niveau de l'équilibre que lorsqu'on tient au sol la main à la cheville opposée et qu'il faut lever la jambe libre (et tomber)😉 J'avais déjà entendu qu'il était bon de travailler le core après des deep backbends, j'avais vu faire des planches, mais j'ai bien aimé tes exos aussi ! Merci pour ce cours que je n'ai pas vu passer (mais j'ai bien senti l'exo avec les 2 blocs entre les avant-bras ! !) 🙏
Oh toi aussi? Je suis contente!!! Pour certaines personnes l'exercice avec les blocs entre les coudes est facile mais pour moi c'est mortel 😅😅😅 je suis très contente que tu va mieux aujourd'hui et que tu as pu faire ce cours avec moi 🥰
@yogawithemilie pour moi, cet exo avec les blocs est très douloureux ds la coiffe des rotateurs, mais il faut avouer aussi que le tendon du sus-épineux gauche est rompu, cela peut expliquer l'inconfort ressenti ...

@@yogawithemilie Thank you for your answer! I use an adidas premium mat, at first I used it for stretching and it worked well, but it is not suitable for yoga. I liked a more dynamic form of yoga, so I am looking for a mat that will adhere well to the ground and my hands will not slide on the mat.
Wow splits combined with backbends was exactly what I needed. I've never asked this in a commend but could you do a practice to help us enter poses in which we grab our foot behind our head with both hands? I'm struggling there and also with my low back flexibility. I have a lot of flexibility in the thoracic spine but not in my low back. Thank you in any case. I jumped on the mat when I saw you had a new practice today 🙏🏻🤍
Are you referring to like King pigeon (rajakapotasana)/King dancer and shapes like that? If so then I can absolutely make a video about that 🥰🙏 and thank you so much for your kind words ❤
