I find your step by step guidance going in and out of postures very helpful , it lets me know what to emphasise , where to place weight, in which order which demystifies some of the more complex transitions and even some known postures. Challenging and fun as always, thank you ❤

Really loved this, especially incorporated into the yoga flow. I’ve been doing animal flows for some time now (Breathe & Flow’s were my firsts!) but this was such a perfect fusion of classic poses (wild thing, warrior 3, etc.) with the more primal shapes. Keep up the excellent content, Emilie! You are my FAVORITE TH-cam yoga instructor! ❤

Coucou Émilie, je trouve aussi que c'est BCP + dur de pratiquer après manger (ma pratique du matin est certes un peu + raide car le corps n'est pas encore assoupli, mais d'un autre côté je me sens plus légère car c'est à jeun).
Les animal moves ont l'avantage de vraiment faire travailler la mobilité (et d'apporter de la variété), mais l'inconvénient de comporter bcp de grosses compressions du genou, et d'importantes rotations des épaules, donc je modifie en fonction des douleurs.
Tu auras ta certif haut la main, j'en suis sûre 😉

Emilie :)That was so good :) I definitely wasn’t able to do all of the animal movements but they were so fun :) I am with you about eating before practicing! If I don’t eat, I don’t have enough energy but when I do I feel weighed down. Still trying to figure out the perfect snack :) thank you fir sharing with us :) 💜

Attempted this, phew😅…I probably need to try it a few more times before I can do it 😝…also, do you have a shorter version of the funky flow? That’s when I was too confused and ended up just watching …Will keep trying! 😅
You'll get there, just keep showing up 😉 which funky Flow are you referring to? I think I have a few classes with that title 🙊
