    My favorite part of this sequence was the fallen start transition to praserita! What was yours? 😍

      Emiiie, thank you for the awesome class! I discovered you yesterday, and we have a similar style, so I subscribed. Emillie, said she saw it on insta, but who gets the credit? It is also nice to give a shout-out.

    Love the compression work! I have long legs (yay!) but it makes it harder and even more important to work on. Wonderful class!

      I have long legs and arms and a short torso. It definitely makes compression work a challenge. I think I'll try this class today.

    This was such an incredible flow - the compression aspects were challenging but enjoyable and the fallen star transition was really cool! As someone else said, I never know what to expect with you but I’m never disappointed. You don’t dilly-dally in explaining modifications when they would take away from the flow/challenge, and you push us while pushing yourself! At the same time, you are so down-to-earth and personable with your TH-cam family rather than an untouchable, superior yogi. Thank you, Emilie!

      Haha thanks! I tried voice over but its actually way more work and I feel more disconnected when I do it, also I'm so used to queuing while moving so its ok 👌 😁 let me know if you enjoy the flow!

Merci🙏🙏🙏

      Thank you so much for your super sweet message 🥰 I dont plan on stopping posting on yt anytime time soon so don't worry 😁 for pistol squat, practice reps of going down and go up holding your foot (and maybe support yourself by holding a chair as well or something like that) its a hard skill so it takes a bit more time to develop the strength but you will get there 💪🌟

      Hey! 🥰 thank you so much! I feel you for the wrists, wrist conditioning and strengthening is very important, but also important to not overdo it, and whenever you feel pain, take a moment, maybe go on your knees and shake them out. Its hard to explain specific exercises in writing so im sorry my answer is so vague.. but bottom line is listen to your body, and progressively overload your wrists, dont do too much too quickly, it takes time to build the strength 🤍

    Namaste. Oof, I'm tired today...how many rest days do you take, Emily?

    • @yogawithemilie
      @yogawithemilie  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      1 to 2 a week, but I feel you, im exhausted this week as well so im taking it easier! Slower movement, more rest, being kinder to myself 🥰
