Yay starting my day and workout routine with your class🫠🥳🥳🥳. I had so much fun with this one. And yes Emilie that was hurt me, you are not alone😅😅. Thank you for sharing this wonderful class and Namaste 🙏🏼🥰🍀
So fun!! I’m confident in headstand with basket hands but still working on tripod- trying to get there from crow was so fun! I really love arm balances with the forearm shelf like we did from 3 legged dog, those might be my favorite. Working hard to get my handstand right now- seeing you fly into them is such an inspiration! I love challenging my body in those ways and the sense of accomplishment and connection to self that it brings♥️
Thank you I loved this! Challenging but lots of fun. I was wondering how you worked on building strength for the more challenging poses - do you just practice and flow or do you work on specific drills?
Thank you Elisabeth 🥰 to answer your question, I do a bit of both! I was working on handstands for a while so I did a lot of strengthening drills for that and the strength you need for handstands and straddle press translate to all the other arm balances in my experience
thank you so much for making this video, this was a tough one for me. I managed to do the crow to tripod transitions but could'nt get into side crow from tripod. My neck felt wobbly in tripod so i didnt try it too many times. Question - In your experience, if we are uncomfortable in a pose, should we keep trying it or avoid it altogether?
Good question! In my experience its important to figure out why you are uncomfortable in a pose. If its weakness in a certain area then you can work on strengthening it, if its mobility thats lacking somewhere you can also work on that, and if its maybe technique then you can also improve it with the help of a coach or filming yourself. If you're in pain then maybe its a sign to go see a physio or something. I wouldn't overdo poses that you are uncomfortable in but i also wouldn't avoid them alltogether
Love this flow so much. Got to work on tripod to side crow. So much oblique core strength needed for this! ❤
Right?? Its so good for that deep core strength 💪
Again so fun!! Your making me want to quit weights and just do this I feel like it takes so much strength I love it!
I’m so happy you are enjoying the classes 😍😍 definitely try to keep doing both if you can!! You’re going to get incredibly strong 💪

I love this practice so much! Still struggling to switch from bakasana to tripod, but overall a very nice flow ❤
Try to put your knees lower on your arms and use a blanket in the beginning under your head to build confidence 🥰

Ici la pluie ne s'arrête pas pour l'instant 😅
