Currently, I am driving the 22 Outlander GT (Gas), do you think it’s wise for me to trade it in for the PHEV version even though I don’t have my own garage at home and I parked in the street?

Cadillac really missed the mark not updating the xt5, I ordered the xt4 just for the updated interior even though it's smaller than what I wanted.

The 8th generation Buick Riviera is so underrated. It had an optional supercharged v6 and looked pretty quirky.

Just bought one in canada and I am getting between 4.6L/100km to 5.7L/100km. I drive it in taxi everyday and drive around 350km a day. I get to fill it every 3rd day. I charge everyday day at home and getting around 85km EV only mode. 3rd row seat is for kids only. But with little seats adjustment you can fit 2 adults but not for long drive, for upto half hr 40 minutes they be good in 3rd row. Comfort level and interior is beyond my expectations. I get compliments all day long from riders. I guess if you drive it slow and at control speed limits you can get way better per 100 KM milage. You are getting way more of a car with Japanese quality and reliability. Rav4 has no comparison to this, coz I see lots of rav4 in cabs as well and when rav4 owners drive my outlander they regret of buying rav4. Also I got 4 years of oil,break,tire,rim coverage for free. 5 years north america roadside assistance for free. 10 years of warranty, along with lots of accessories for free.

I test drove the Lexus Nx, Cadillac XT4, Lincoln Corsair, and the Cadillac XT5. Even with the technology updates on the XT4, Corsair, and NX, I purchased the 2024 XT5. The XT5 has plenty of technology for me, and I didn’t care for the tablet style screen in the other models. But the biggest deciding factor for me was the engine. All of the models tested only offered a 4 cylinder engine which was fine. However, when I drove the XT5 with the V6, the ride blew me away. I love the ride quality and I’ve been enjoying the vehicle very much. It’s very smooth and handles well which makes the ride quite nice. Great review!

I can just barely get into washes and SOME parking decks in my 22; glad I didn’t spec the 2” lift. It’s 10.2” of clearance already, plenty for my place or anywhere else I’ve been so far. I wish they could shrink it just a little bit. I’m actually very happy with it, I have to tow and it excels at that, and comfortable and all. It’s just me & wifey & a little dog, we didn’t need the huge cab, so I wish I could have gotten the long bed with suicide doors at the time. Solid truck, though with the Gen 1 L5P it has a little less power than the 24 but probably way more than I need. Also, my best 0-60 (I did it & quit it) was 8.2 seconds. I’m enjoying your content so far, this is the first one I’ve seen yet. I’m the guy who replied to you on TFL.

I love the center console! Where alot of my colleagues chose for the Tesla Model3 or Y I was pretty sure that I didn't want a Tesla I want something else, in any way not an iPad that can drive... When I first got in the Polestar it felt cozy like a many years old leather glove that is so comfortable. So I set my ride height and during the ride I thought can I go any lower and yes sir I could it felt like driving a gocart really amazing, but and this is what I love and where you really see the Volvo influence, during the ride I was not able to adjust the steering wheel height, it was blocked, now how cool and very well thought is that?! Overall you can say, in my opinion at least, that it is much easier for a petrol head to drive a Polestar than most other EV's, this has to do with the interior as well as the exterior.

economy today is more than ever about hype and promises and especially false promises. Tesla and especially Elon is a PRIME example for that. I'm not asking what kind of money the richest man in the world should get, I am asking who is gonna hold him accountable for making 50% to 80% false promises

Pat, all wheels drive is heavies, so of course, it will be slower on the 0 to 60! I think the trade off is better on the all wheels drive. Great video, just missing some splash!

Elon is a part-time CEO who doesn't have Tesla's best interest in mind. Even 1 Billion is too much compensation and would set all time high records for CEOs. Blackstone's CEO $250M, Google's CEO $225M. If Elon got $500M it would be double the next highest paid CEO. What he really wants is to be able to control the company and not answer to a board (even though the board kowtows to his whims). I believe he will not leave, but break up the company (into smaller companies) if he doesn't get his bonus. He keeps shifting resources to Optimus, it will become its own Tesla spin-off. Optimus will displace people and will be a big deal financially, in the future, but he is doing it as a cost of current Tesla products moving forward and revenue. Tesla is so far behind on what they've committed to the public and customer companies for the semi (revenue, missed opportunities as companies go elsewhere). Tesla is more than a car company. It's a tech company that is being held back by the current CEO.

That guy just needs to get out of the way. He's a smart guy but his behavior is unbecoming of anyone in a leadership role.

Great vehicle. To get 40mpg you only run the engine over 90kmph and charge, then go ev only below 90kmph

I would say the Equinox EV or the Model Y long range are the biggest competitors at this point but also like you said the blazer ev or the honda prologue. When the updated 2025 Ioniq 5 starts getting produced in the us that may be the best option in this segment. You just have to worry about being able to insure that and it getting stolen by some kid with a usb drive. The big advantage with the VW over the current other options would be the higher towing capacity and the tow hitch etc. coming standard with the AWD. I really don't like that VW dropped the tourmaline blue color for 2024 though.

As someone who just won a lemon law case against VE for the 2022 ID4 Pro S, I can confidently say this car is a complete POS.

FYI my 2024 id4 awd has the heads up display. It's an option but we have it. Not sure why it's not available in the US. We do not have the physical buttons underneat the central console (would have loved that) AND we got two tiny arm rests instead of the full one you guys get. Oh we also miss the illuminated logos which the new id7 gtx has in EU now (that really sucks for us).

The Chevy Equinox seem to be a similar ev, maybe not as fast as the VW but better range, then the charging, WV may have the edge with charging but not by much. So price and availability.?? I'm thinking I would go with the best price. Enjoyed your review.

At the 3:15 point of your video you said exactly what I said when I test drove a 22 Polestar 2 AWD Performance model last year.🤣 That huge console and cloth seats were the two biggest reasons I passed on buying it.

New subscriber and 2023 ID.4 S RWD owner. Great review and such an honest take on your likes and dislikes. I totally agree with you on the haptic steering wheel buttons not being as bad as alot of the reviews you've seen, I feel the same and have no issues with them at all. I love my ID.4 and road trip it as often as I can. The 62 kWh battery gets me about 225-230 miles on the highway in warm weather and 270-300 in the city. The infotainment hasn't been the disappointment for me that it has for alot of others. I use the built in navigation and its never steered me to a down charger or given me less than a good road trip experience. AA & Apple Carplay are a nice touch if you wanna use Google maps, Apple maps, or ABRP to enhance your navigation experience, if you're one of the many who hate the built in navigation.
