Did you use threadlock? If not have you had any issues with the bolts coming loose?

You did not look at it first, there is a flange on the outside and you were pushing the FLANGE through the axle, it is meant to pull the bushing outwards FLANGE TO THE ‘outside.😊

I would have cleaned the rust off everything, unbolted the hangers, took the axle off, derust it, repaint, looks so much better 👍

I am so glad I found your video! I have never found a better video you really need to give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done! I also bought a 1 liter turbo from copart here in edmonton alberta canada only differance is mine wasnt damaged from a accident but rather a broken shaft in the turbo which the owner never found until he had the engine nearly removed. I'm guessing he was so fed up with the car and he allowed the bank to reposess it then the bank gave it to copart to sell. I have a lot of missing pieces so wish me well trying to find them but anyway thanks again for taking your time and showing each step with patience so we could follow along. Get that back axle off, strip hubs, abs wires off, de rust and paint it, including hangers, get all new bolts from Ford 👍

You are amazing dude, the space is so narrow and still you managed to capture video and teach us how to replace the fan. I'll share a bit of my experience too, I've just replaced mine, @ScotlandMountainBike here had a great ideea, to remove the metal bar, it ease the work. To mount the fan case back, I had a little issue to align the fan and the case but here's how I've done. Use the phone camera with wide angle and light on to guide yourself 1. Align the bottom screw hole from the fan with the back hole on the same spot, you might need to rotate a bit, but one you align the bottom one the others are pretty close. 2. Place the cover and try to don't move the fan in the process 3. Align the bottom screw hole with previous 2, in my case it was a bit off, I've managed to aligh it by simply putting the screw to force the a bit the alignment, do this if the whole is off by few mm otherwise you didn't placed the fan case correctly. 3. Tight the screw to the 3/4 of it's size 4. Find the most top screw, one near the plastic rotor that open and close the case 5. Take a screw, place it in the case hole, in my case it entered the case whole but it was pretty far from the fan screw hole, I had to push the case up with other hand to fit the screw on the back hole. 5. If the top and bottom screws are in place, the 3rd one (last fan screw) should be in the right position, but is the one hardest to reach because it's in the left (or right depending on the UK or UE car) Also, another tip for the plastic thing that open and close the interior case. The flat side match the line on the moving part of the case. Thanks again for the video, you saved a lot of us thinking that we might need to dissasamble the whole interior to get to that fan 😂

I have mk5 i suppose facelifted fiesta so ur st is the same i think.Im not sure if the original st roof spoiler ll fit but otherwise i ll buy some cheaper unpainted roof.

How have the B pillars held up against the seatbelt rubbing on the fabric, I've got my headlining and A pillars done but not sure how well the B pillars will hold against the constant rubbing from the belt? Cheers

I've just followed this video this morning and fitted cruise control to a 2014 Fiesta 1.0 Zetec (9 wires) and it works perfectly. As mentioned in some other comments, the most difficult part was getting the airbag out, but after that it was fairly easy. Thank you so much!

Awesome video series! I watched the series twice before i started and decided i wanted to give it a shot, I just finished rebuilding mine that lost a timing belt at 165k miles, runs great so far! I took it a step further and put some fresh rod and main bearings in, like you said in one of the previous videos the hanes manual is a great tool for this car/motor package as there is very little info on this car available online, but even with the hanes manual it still doesnt go over tightening sequence or torque specs of rod caps or main caps for the crankshaft, i managed to get ahold of them on justanswer from a certified ford tech, for anyone looking for those specs. Its $35 a month U.S. to sign up on just answer. It wont let me post the screenshots but if this guy wants to put a video up i will happily send the specs his way i just dont know how to do it on TH-cam
