**DIGIAL CLOCK - where to buy** A lot of people ask about where to buy the digital clock from, mine came from a company called UNA Performance who are unfortunately no longer trading, however, I believe Trev Blu (Facebook) is now making and selling these so contact him if you are interested in one 👍🏻
Just a quick suggestion. Would it be a good idea to just buy the 'red' sony radio that's available for these mk6's? Not only is it already red but its also a more modern looking stereo rather than the Ford 6006
Been wanting to do this for a while but not wanted to pay out for it as I'm sure I could do it if shown. Hey presto, guess what next weeks got installed for me! LED BABY! Great tutorial, very jealous of the car, keep the videos rolling 👍🏻
hi, a question, I have the same car as you Ford fiesta 1.4 tdci, I would like to do the same job change the led lights and make them white, what is the name of the product you use to clean the soldering points before removing them? the same one you use in the video
stumbled onto this while trying to figure out what, if any, options there were for the Mk7. I'm not sure what it's like in the UK, but in the US, the HVAC lights are teal green, the radio lights are white, and the gauge cluster is red and white - none of it matches and it's annoyed me since day one. I might feel brave enough to take this on now. Unfortunately it looks like everything in the Mk7 is a super tiny SMD.
Alright, following up on my last comment - do you know the operating voltage of the LEDs you used? I'm about to tackle this in my Mk7 but all the SMD suppliers here want to know the operating voltage of the diodes (I see in the eBay listings that the forward voltage is 2.0-2.2v, but I guess that's different). I assume it's 12v since it's automotive, but want to make sure before I spend a bunch of money on diodes. Thanks again!
They won’t be 12v, 2.0-2.2v seems about right, there may be some variation depending on the type of led and possibly differences between colours but they should be around the 2-3v range. There are resistors on the PCB’s to lower the voltage appropriately for the LEDs. 12v will cook them instantly 😂
@@MendItModIt word, thanks. The low trim models of the mk7 Fiesta in the US have red LEDs on everything, but not everything is plug and play (the dimmer switch from a Fiesta Titanium causes a BCM error and all the dash lights to flicker on a Fiesta ST, or at least the one I got did) so I’m really having a hell of a time with all this since the resistors and voltages are all different.
I only went and done this for it to work but now the led lights won’t turn off there always on and me car beeps every time the door open. The dipped lights are always on as well and only go off on auto setting got no idea how to fix it now. So gotta buy a new one now.
Exactly that mate, but it also has 2 temperature sensors and can display battered voltage + a few other functions, there’s a video all about it on my channel 👍🏻 not sure of where I got them from still operate but I believe there is someone else on Facebook now supplying them, might be worth a post on there to ask who does them if you’re interested
Hi buddy, just done the boot popper mod and joined to the wires you stated but led won’t light up. Does the ignition have to be on or should it just work with the sidelight switched on. Cheers

Hi where did you find your digital clock switch

Hello. How can I check what for diod I need too my car?
Do all these mods work on a mk5 fiesta?
Have you got a link for the LEDs buddy - cheers
What’s the digital clock thing

What number are the twist bulbs behind the heater controls? Thanks
They’re in the description to the video where I made the heater panel bud 👍🏻

I got it from work bud, if you check out my latest video on doing the LED swap on the radio I left a link to a disposable one on there 👍🏻
Cool stuff!
How to remove the knobs?
Nice vid Mike 😂
Nice bro
Nice good job
Mate are you on Facebook aswell?
Not for the car no
Great content! But pro-tip: look at the camera lens when filming yourself, not at yourself on the screen. ;-)
Hi Mate can you please send me the light bulb numbers thank you
Can anyone just do this for me? Lmao or does a company offer this ££££???
In the description bro
@@MendItModIt appreciate it bud, didn’t see it at the bottom 👌🏼✌🏼
