Just start.... , you can do it every day half our or 15 minutes, change your diet behaviour, take a long fast walk in the park, avoid sitting whole day, on the way from job cut few bus station and walk to home, take a lot water(not juice) with lemon and mint, forget fast-food and start preparing own meals, don't starve take 3 meals from morning to the evening and forget snacks, start doing things which makes you happy or search what make you happy...don't expect big changes overnight, your trousers are best measurement of loosing weight not numbers, when you exercise try to feel every muscle you move and listen good music =like you dancing! Everthing you do is better than not moving because all calories we are taking have to be spent... When I diceded to quit cigarettes 15 kg came too fast but I succeeded day by day... It is possible... If your family and friends don't think so.... "theirs problem" YOU CAN DO IT " 🤗🍀💞
