From the very first day of doing this, I've noticed an instant change for the better. It's seemingly fixed my breathing issues that I've had since I was 10 or soand now I'm 23. Sometimes I couldn't take one breath at all which caused suffocation and I had to literally yawn to finally get some air.. This oftentimes would happen during the night which ruined my sleep completely, made me nauseous and light headed.. So I've never went to check it up for all these years... But since I've started following this great video, the 3rd day of doing it and I can finally breathe freely.. I think the bad posture jammed my breathing somehow idk but thank god it seems to be improving Also I've been working on my sitting position, stopped using my phone while in bed, cuz I would put my pillow up and prop it along. The headboard and tilt my head down creating pressure in my neck also and most importantly, sleeping position, the correct one. So following all of these steps could've changed it all for me. I’m gonna do this exercises for a few days to see if it helps and I will keep updating (I hope I remember 😅) I’ve been struggling with my posture for years, tried GPR for a few weeks 2 years ago and it helped a lot but still had to improve a lot more, but a couldn’t afford it anymore so I decided that I should start working out, didn’t have much discipline and school kind of made things a lil harder. I’ve been inconsistent with going to the gym and I am still unhappy with my posture. Thank God this video showed up! Day 1: It was challenging, specially the second exercise but I finished it all and already feel straighter 😮💨 Day 2: The first 2 exercises were still painful but the other 2 were okay. It does make a difference but it takes a while to reeducate your posture so obviously don’t expect to have a perfect posture right away, discipline and consistency are your besties
Thanks for getting to the point. Informative af. I appreciate this kind of content. May we all walk around with the best posture our bodies will allow 🙏🏼
I'm going to start with the exercises. I am 25 years old and I have a hunchback due to poor posture (emotional problems related) I will comment on my post from time to time to update, it's very difficult to "stay upright" and my poor posture affects my entire life, including my self-esteem first day: very difficult, especially the second exercise, it was a little painful but I'm not going to give up
@dhruboshahriar3959 All right, I've been doing it every now and then and have had visible improvement. I'm still not very consistent, I end up doing my whole routine and don't do stretches
@@scrappybooks Oooh, yesss! Definitely, it works! It helps you realizing parts of the body having muscles you don’t have on screen before, what makes you act like a bend. The only thing, that doesn’t “work”, is still me, not really going daily with these exercises! Habits, you don’t get lost off this quick as it works! And the neck part from shoulders on, I don’t really get managed; guess due to my age, no really progress! But that’s nothing, these exercises are missing! Anyway I’m able now to work on it! That’s great!
@@AO-wg9ne Sorry, I don’t get the sense of your question!? Guess, I made a grammar mistake or use the wrong term; sorry but not a native English speaker! My explanation: I do videos about backstrap weaving on TH-cam. If you have a wrong body posture, weaving by a backstrap teases you to increase your wrong habits immensely! In general backstrap weavers sit on the floor, so this is what I called a “weaver sit”! (tailor sit?!). Anyway these habits don’t come from backstrap weaving, but you have to get rid of them to continue backstrap weaving. Sitting on a chair while weaving or even office work led to my wrong habits, so exercises like this here are great to anyone and they helped me pretty good to get aware about this problem! This short vid is that great help you won’t receive in most cases consulting a physiotherapist for months!
If you want to correct posture then do this 🥺 [1] Duck feet exercise [2] Knowk Knees Exercise [3] Hip Posture Exercise [4] Hip Uneven Exercise [5] Shoulder Exercise [7] Shoulder Uneven Exercise [8] Back Posture Exercise [9] Head Posture Exercise
Week-1 no improvement Week-2 very slight improvement Week-3 noticeable improvement Week-4 hip flexors still slanted slightly but back is straight Week-5 pretty much done Week-6 my back is straight I would add in a 1 min plank and and for the single leg glute exercise I did one minute for each glute
The best thing i've heard to improve hip and lower back posture is if you imagine your pelvis is a pot of water. Most people are pouring the water out from the front, but if you tilt and imagine you're trying to pour it out the back, it fixes that posture up really well.
I’ve been working out solely for the purpose to fix my posture. I find that I can’t sit up right for longer than one minute and when I sleep I always sleep uncomfortable. I tend to wake up and I’m in a shrimp position 🍤 . I feel like I never get a full nights rest. Even when I lay on the ground on my back I wake up hours later. Hopefully this helps
Havent tried. Probably should. Just here to note it's not like strong glutes (alone?) Will fix it. Got those. I mean. I barely train glutes but it kind of sort of comes with 310kg legpress. Cant be that weak.

I do this twice a day, once after I wake up and once before I sleep, thank you for the exercise, hopefully it will help my posture,I will try doing other things like sitting up straight or being more active to help
Any improvements after 4 weeks?
You still doing it daily?
Any improvement?
Wuzzup sir?
How did go?
I think he died from the exercises yall, and was born again into a new and improved self.
RELATABLE!!! Man I use to have good posture when I was younger but as we go older , we get loads of problems 😅
Thank you so much for the exercises man. It actually feels that it's hitting the right muscles for a good posture.
Over and backs just relocated my bad shoulder, thank you!
Fortunately, i have fixed that forward head issue. Just keep your shoulders back and nice and back in the center and raise up your neck a bit and you're fine
Not so easy for everyone, specially with someone with scoliosis or kyphosis. These workouts are really helpful for all those issues as well.
This was so helpful I literally cannot thank you enough.
Thank you for making a good short video it deserves the ranking it has ❤
Thank you man. May God bless you. And to all of you who are also trying to correct your postures, may God grant you your wish and may you find strength in His Name and may He bless you. In JESUS’ Almighty Name, AMEN ✝️❤️🙏✝️
Hey! So I will be doing this every day for 2 weeks to see my improvement
Day 1: this was hard to do but I gotta start somewhere
Day 2,3,4: the exercises have been getting easier to do but I have back pain from it...I must not be doing something right but no noticeable changes in my posture so far
Edit: 😭Y'all the comments, I was too busy to update this for the last few days I did do the exercises tho
Edit: I have done this for 12 days and my posture feels better....and I am able to stand and sit straight without feeling stiff or pain 😁 will continue for a few more days
Where's day two
@@ghost_gamer3362he died while was doing it on a second day. F.

tysm man been struggling with this for 18 years, you're a legend!
So did it worked?
@@alisadjadi2740clearly the comments disagree
@@alisadjadi2740isn’t it smarter then to just full on exercise? Instead of just doing stretches. I highly doubt doing 5 minutes of stretching will fix your posture without strengthening your muscles
@@alisadjadi2740 lmao
@@alisadjadi2740 thank you for this, i was going to do this but then i came across your comment. saved me from further back damage!
I used to have tight middle traps and had trouble sleeping at night. The 2nd exercise helped!
It's honestly a life saver, started doing it each morning over a month ago and I rarely experience pain now
The second exercise definitely goes hard on the body, compared to other 3. It really helps and you can feel so much pressure while doing it.
@@peolfpetler8500yeah, it feels so much more difficult than almost any other exercise I’ve done.
🤔
whenever i feel middle back pain, i do the second exercise and the pain disappears
I needed this because my hip has always been sticking and i honestly didnt know how to fix it
Sep 27- done ✅ little bit tiring but feel alot better after doing it
Going to do this workout for a month, ill update you guys along the way
Alright man
What happened man
Bro any progress?
it's been 1 month man share your progress
@@Dattebayo.sg143 tbh i only got around to doing up to 10 times but when I did do it I felt a lot less stiff. I would recommend doing it before or after you start working out if you do
finally someone just shows how to fix it without bloviating for 20 minutes
Thanks a lot. My posture is getting better.
Verified this is the correct way to do this and fix posture. There are 2 other exercises other than these that helped me greatly fix my posture (software engineer here).
I’m gonna do this exercises for a few days to see if it helps and I will keep updating (I hope I remember 😅)
I’ve been struggling with my posture for years, tried GPR for a few weeks 2 years ago and it helped a lot but still had to improve a lot more, but a couldn’t afford it anymore so I decided that I should start working out, didn’t have much discipline and school kind of made things a lil harder. I’ve been inconsistent with going to the gym and I am still unhappy with my posture. Thank God this video showed up!
Day 1: It was challenging, specially the second exercise but I finished it all and already feel straighter 😮💨
Day 2: The first 2 exercises were still painful but the other 2 were okay. It does make a difference but it takes a while to reeducate your posture so obviously don’t expect to have a perfect posture right away, discipline and consistency are your besties
Thanks for the informative video. I’m definitely going to give those exercises a try. 👍🏾👊🏾

Thanks for getting to the point. Informative af. I appreciate this kind of content. May we all walk around with the best posture our bodies will allow 🙏🏼
After I watched this video, I started doing all the exercises , and the results are unbelievably impressive.
Thank you so much for this. I am truly grateful
No one can describe my postu- ayo my bruh has been spying on me 💀
I needed this. Thank you, especially for the screen shot!!
I'm going to start with the exercises. I am 25 years old and I have a hunchback due to poor posture (emotional problems related)
I will comment on my post from time to time to update, it's very difficult to "stay upright" and my poor posture affects my entire life, including my self-esteem
first day: very difficult, especially the second exercise, it was a little painful but I'm not going to give up
Goodluck keep me updated
any update?
Im gonna start todat il keep you updated guys
I LOVE THIS CHANNEL!!!! Practical and helpful!
I thought i was the only one 💀
Very thoughtful with the screenshot bit! Thanks dude!

Starting from today, I will be doing these exercises for 10 days to see if they fix my terrible posture😢:

I remember watching this guy when I first got into lifting years and years ago and he still has the same tank top on
Thanks again for the reminder im studying for a personal trainer im been really getting back into it
I used to do some of these then stopped, im going to start again. And damn, my shoulders felt that
Yo how is it?
@dhruboshahriar3959 didn't stay consistent. I did it yesterday and just every now and then.
@dhruboshahriar3959 All right, I've been doing it every now and then and have had visible improvement. I'm still not very consistent, I end up doing my whole routine and don't do stretches
I felt called out and immediately straighten my body.
Thank you bro this helped me
this is very helpful! thank you.
I just did all of this for just 5 minutes and I can already feel my lower back pain to get better!
After he described my exact posture I feel like I'm being stalked
thanks. short and sweet stretch exercises
A perfect fix! I recommend this vid my viewers to correct their weaver‘s sit! And mine, too! 👍
Their what sit??
Did it work?
This short vid is that great help you won’t receive in most cases consulting a physiotherapist for months!
this is basically what i need thanks
i like this guy. his posts so informative and on point.
If you want to correct posture then do this 🥺
[1] Duck feet exercise
[2] Knowk Knees Exercise
[3] Hip Posture Exercise

Clear and crisp. No bs
Week-1 no improvement
Week-2 very slight improvement
Week-3 noticeable improvement
Week-4 hip flexors still slanted slightly but back is straight
Week-5 pretty much done
Week-6 my back is straight
I would add in a 1 min plank and and for the single leg glute exercise I did one minute for each glute

The best thing i've heard to improve hip and lower back posture is if you imagine your pelvis is a pot of water.
Most people are pouring the water out from the front, but if you tilt and imagine you're trying to pour it out the back, it fixes that posture up really well.
“Screen shot this routine”…good on you mate. 🤙🏾🤙🏾
Gonna do these exercises twice a day for a month.
I will update here to stay committed.
Hopefully this helps
did it help?
same bro used a lot of exercise not helping
My back hurts like hell.
Dude I have all these posture problems LOL. Anyone tried it and found a difference?
I got similar exercises from my physiotherapist and he says that he sees the difference. I do stretching and strength exercises every day.
these work 100%, after 1 day i already felt a lot better
Havent tried. Probably should. Just here to note it's not like strong glutes (alone?) Will fix it. Got those. I mean. I barely train glutes but it kind of sort of comes with 310kg legpress. Cant be that weak.
@@gur262oure glutes are prolly not activated so glute bridges with a belt or a resistance band on your thighs can help just do it for a week then after that you wont need the belt
I have a posture issue and have been having a lot of pain because of it! Especially when I'm sleeping. I'm going to do this twice a day and give daily updates :)
Day 1:
Not going to lie, that second stretch had me feeling nauseous for some reason and my arms were hurting. Everything else was fine! The first stretch was a bit uncomfortable at first as I thought I'd break my arms 😂. The last two, it didn't hurt so maybe I didn't do it right? I'll try again tonight!
Day 2:
The second stretch still hurts for some reason, but I'm getting the hang of the stretches! I did feel these stretches especially with the first two! I realized that it would be best to do weekly updates after this week!
Update?
I don’t have this but it’s nice to see someone helping out others
