Hope you are all having a lovely day. Welcome back to day 3 of the 7-day pilates summer challenge for 2024. This challenge offers various benefits both physically i.e improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, achieving a better posture and increased energy levels as well as emotionally i.e. helping relieving stress and improve focus.
All 7 videos are either 15 or 20 minutes long allowing it to be time manageable and fit into all of our busy routines.

I love those. Especially with the relaxing music. Calming but so effective. Does not feel rushed as the timer sometimes ends but you still finish the rep. Love also that its is just music and not to many verbal cues

This is such a great series. I’m getting back into Pilates after a couple of years off from it due to an injury and these are nicely timed so I feel like I’m working out but I’m not wiped out or overly sore the next day. It’s also a workout I can fit in before going to work in the morning. I look forward to the next one each day. The voiceovers are helpful especially if doing back work and can’t see the screen easily.
I had a really busy day at work and this workout really calmed my mind.
I LOVE YOUR WORKOUT! but is it possible to do also a voice over for the thighs workout just to make sure that we are doing it right! Especially with the breathing and other details that may be important 😊

first of all, thank you for creating this community! I'm finding the ads disruptive - there were 8 in this video, which is preventing me from being able to complete exercises or do the workout properly without having to keep stopping and either watching the ad or skipping through. would you be able to reduce the number of ads or place them during the breaks? thank you!
It's youtube problem, watch another workout on this site and you will see the same problem. She can only delete all ads, but I guess she probably wants to make money on the free content. Just do exercise, watch ads, and don't complain or buy it
@@user-zq6sx6nl3k i've done multiple workouts with other fitness creators where there are no ads except at the beginning and end, so i don't think it's a TH-cam problem. also, a few other people have been commenting about this so it's clearly it's not just me. but yes definitely an option to skip through or move on, thanks for the reminder!
I only get 2 ads before the videos start both when I am in Europe and in the US

I had no idea what exercises to do when I was on my back, without the voice cues, it was hard to understand what you were doing with the legs. It’s really hard to look at the small phone screen at the bottom of the mat when I am supposed to lay flat. I personally wish there was no music and voice cues instead so we know what’s happening 🙏🧚♂️🤗🧘 people who live music can play it on their own! Form is more important to me. Thank you for all your videos though, I love them 😍

How many times per week?
Please help me, what should I do if I can't do this exercise? (15:40) when I start doing cramps in my legs, and I literally can't do it. Can I replace this particular exercise with something?
This used to happen to me, i just did it slower and kept trying and now i can get through the full thing without cramps
