    I just made this with walnuts instead of cashew nuts since that's what i have. It's REALLY GOOD !! I love it !! Not sweet at all but delicious ! I'm that kinda person who avoids oats since they make me bloated. I had no idea that soaking them would make them more digestible .. Thank you so much for the recipes !!

      Has anyone used Coconut Oil instead of Soaked Cashews for the healthy fat? If so, how much did you use? Coconut Oil has MCT's, which are beneficial.

      That was very wise to use 3 dates instead of 2 because according ancient manuscripts dates should be eaten in odd numbers like 3,5,7,9 etc.

      Yes I agree with you But cashews have more healthy fat Dates May have sweet Maynot be good for diabetic patients
      Yes chia seeds and flax seeds are both good it is better to just fry in dry vana and powder it as Flaxseed is not easy to digest
      One can introduce slight variations and prepare according to their taste

    Just two thing in addition : cashews give the most delicate texture, but it is heat-treated. Flax is also better to soak for 5 hours before making a smoothie.

    This is such a delicious and mouth-watering oats smoothie recipe. This is really very easy to prepare, looks delicious & super healthy. One of my friend suggested me about a very Healthy and Clean Label Food Brand, True Elements and she is very happy about it. Tried this recipe using True Elements Rolled Oats and it turned out to be super tasty. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Do give it a try :)

    Namaste, I would like to know why do you suggest this especially for dinner? I have never heard of smoothies for dinner, so interested to hear your perspective. The recipe is very delicious, I have made it before a few times but always for breakfast. Especially with the nuts and dates and cacao, for me it is a great day starter. 🙏☺💜

    Hello, ma'am ! I appreciate all of your recipes. Will it do if I roast the oats and make a flour out of it and then soak it for a smoothie ?

      I think if you do that, you will not have the same consistency, but you should have a similar taste

      I think you have it backwards - you soak first, then dry / roast. That’s actually a fairly common approach in the Westin Price community.

    Can we use muesli instead of Oats
    And do we need to soak muesli as well like oats

    • @hostesswiththemostess7082
      @hostesswiththemostess7082 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Museli has a lot of sugar in it, so i think sticking to oats will be better. Try museli on your yogurt parfaits
