    1 tbsp flax seeds
    1 tbsp chia seeds

      @@skinnyrecipes Can I still make this smoothie with Wholegrain Ragi? have no Sprouted Ragi, just the Wholegrain Ragi. Can I also add Sprouted Flax instead of the whole flaxseeds? I have some of that. I'm struggling to find Ragi Seeds and Sprouted Ragi in the UK. I will have to search online

      Used to have ragi the way you explained some time back with either ghee or scraped coconut
      This is too good
      Empty stomach I have been following ur way of mixing turmeric,cinnamon powder,dried ginger powder and chia seeds
