Awesome idea. To summarize, instead of cooking the oats, soak them overnight in a yogurt thinned with almond or other milk and a selection of fruits & spices. Make sure to base your selections not only on taste but also texture. Nuts and seeds will hold up their crunch while fruits may release juices and break down a bit thus adding some flavor to the yogurt. Indeed. I made the blueberry one today. It's divine and oh so healthy. I got the chia seeds at Trader Joe's. They are a must because it adds the extra fiber and the extra nutrients. It also keeps you full longer.

I recently tried your overnight oats recipe with 5 different variations, and I'm impressed with the unique way you cooked each one! The flavors were fantastic, and the textures were just perfect. One of my personal favourites was the mixed berry overnight oats. The combination of fresh berries and creamy oats was delightful and made for a refreshing breakfast. Using True Elements Rolled oats made a noticeable difference in the overall taste and texture of the oats. They were hearty and maintained their texture even after soaking overnight. After many unsuccessful attempts, this is the recipe that works. 1:1 oats/milk of choice 1/2 that amount of yogurt. So 1/2 cup each oats and milk, then 1/4 c yogurt. Also, large flake oats work best for soaking overnight as they still retain some texture.

What a fantastic twist on the classic oatmeal! The idea of soaking oats overnight in yogurt thinned with almond milk, along with a mix of fruits and spices, sounds like a delightful breakfast option. I love the emphasis on texture and the consideration of how different ingredients will contribute to the overall experience. Your suggestion of personalizing the sweeteners, be it maple syrup, honey, various sugars, or even sugar-free options like bananas, adds another layer of versatility to the recipe. It's great to have such a flexible and customizable approach. Speaking of the benefits of diet, I've personally experienced a couple of positive aspects of the keto lifestyle that have made a notable difference in my health. Firstly, the sustained energy levels throughout the day are remarkable - no more mid-afternoon crashes. Secondly, the improved mental clarity and focus have been game-changers. These aspects, combined with diverse and inventive recipes, make the keto diet a compelling choice. Thanks for sharing this creative oatmeal idea and contributing to a healthier approach to eating! 🥣🌰🍌🌮🥪🌭🍕🍟

I recently found out I am pre-diabetic and need to lose weight. On the diet programme I can have overnight oats. I have made my 1st serving of, blueberry, raspberry, honey, pinch of cinnamon topped with mixed chopped nuts for tomorrow's breakfast. I love all but one of your recipes & suggestions and I will continue to use indefinitely! I have never bothered with breakfast before but will do now. Thank you. Janet x

Perfect idea! Knowing me I would make a smoothie out of every single one. A quick nutritional booster of a breakfast while catching the train in the morning.
Pure magic all of it. Got all the ingredients - that's because I smugly have a good diet and use these ingredients already but not in this format. Great ideas and such healthy food. Going to start with the blueberry one and then the pineapple. Thanks for posting it - really enjoyable and far preferable to watching TV.
i am so gonna follow this recipes, starting right now that cocoa one will be my breakfast for tomorrow morning, thank you so much for sharing this video.
They look absolutely amazing!!! I happen to have the rolled Oats and most of the ingredients! Just one question: how the raw oats get cooked by almond milk in the fridge?
I have just recently started eating this but from what I've gathered they don't get cooked, you're actually eating them raw but they're just extremely soft because they've been mixed in with the milk for so long...
Before I go to bed, I mix my overnight oats in a 4-cup Pyrex bowl, put the lid on, and put it in the refrigerator. In the morning, I take the bowl out of the refrigerator, put it on the counter, then take my shower (5 to 8 minutes, depending on if I wash my hair or not). Back in the kitchen, I remove the lid from the bowl of oats, pop it into the microwave for 1 minute, and top it with more of whatever fruit I used, plus a sprinkling of nuts. I love it.
I have turned my rolled oats into oats flour .. I cook the oats flour with milk and cocoa powder (sometimes a bit of coffee as well) ,which turns into custard-like consistency in just few mins . Once cooked, I add a bit of honey and nuts to keep it healthy.refrigerate it for 2-3 hours . Tastes amazing I guess next time I will try adding desiccated coconut to it or cardamom powder to the porridge
I just made these and kept in the fridge to cool, can’t wait to try them with my family 😋😋, thank you so much for making this video for us and God bless 💐😘🤗

Omg im so excited to try this *So I tried the Pina Colada. Made it for my mom and myself. It was yummy, filling, rich and delicious, had a very nice texture. Mom is fussy about oatmeal texture, I dont LIKE oatmeal most of the time but this was different. Extremely enjoyable and will make again!
Thank you so much for these recipes! My 7 year old won’t eat a normal breakfast before school. I’ve been making her breakfast smoothies for a week now and I know she’ll get tired of them eventually. I will definitely try these ones when that happens 😃😃
I am starting my health journey and I'm testing s lot here and there to find out what sort of thing I like more. It is really hard to stick to eat healthy if you don't enjoy the journey. I did all the recipes, half of the portions and I found them really filling, for me half portion it is perfect. The pineapple one was bitter for some reason. Maybe I need to add the fruits just before eating and make just the base night before. So I didn't enjoy very much. The blueberries ones was perfect and instead of putting maple syrup I used xylitol. The banana I also felt woul be better to add the banana before eating. Peanuts one is heaven and apple tastes really nice too. I also bought fruit jam and apricot jam no sugar to kind of play around with different flavours. Thank so much for the recepies
The pineapple one was also bitter for me as well. I found that it's due to the vanilla extract and the alcohol in the extract that is making it all bitter. I'm not sure why extract was added to this recipe.
You have just motivated me to make them. I have never believe in them or rather too lazy to make them. 2020 breakfast is going to be quite an adventure for me. Thank you so much for the recipes. 😁
I made one with oatmeal, molasses, cinnamon, an opened tea bag of bengal spice tea (from celestial seasonings), chia, flax, and water (since lactose intolerant). It is addictive!
As someone with gluten/lactose/fructose/egg intolerance on a kinda diet.. it‘s hard to find recipes I can even consider eating, but these are actually something I can work with! Highly appreciate it and am very curious to try some, especially the chocolate one haha
@@whdanjwa_8777 I‘m assuming the sugar in fruits does not count, right? Never done sugar-cut but if you mix in ingredients that are fine with that I‘d totally say you can do that too!
Im trying the cocoa banana one tomorrow morning! Just prepared it and cant wait! I did everything exact to the recipe here except instead of maple syrup i used Swerve, a natural sweetner consisting mostly of erythritol. I'll report back how it was :)
In case someone sees this and wonders...i think i had to put the maple syrup or something liquidy for sweetener because it was soooo thick the next day. I also left it in the fridge for very long. Im gonna try again correcting my mistakes
Oh my goodness these look so yummy and it will save me keeping breakfast on an early morning work day. I am definitely trying every one of these Thank you x
So I've now tried each one and really love them all as for which one is my favourite I can't decide pina colada, apple spiced or carrot cake I just love them all. Its a breakfast revolution for me. I will try inventing a few new flavours myself too.
Looks delicious. I tried the first recipe, and for some reason, 1/2 cup rolled oats is too thick, and I had to add more almond milk to blend everything. Looking forward to tasting it!
When I stayef a month in India (Rishikesh), we had oats for breakfast... similar to what you do...but the Chief Yogi told us to roast the oats, the nuts and the berries together before adding goat's milk!!!
Dario Cugia - I may have to do this, I made the banana chocolate recipe and didn’t enjoy the raw oat taste. Although I’ve had overnight oats before and liked them from a restaurant. Maybe they did that. 🤔 great combos tho for my next try
to be honest I always had hard time trying to eat oats, with this it made it so much great and delicious, my favourite is the Peanut Butter one and the Banana cocoa. Next time on the supermarket Im gonna get everything for the Blueberry.
This is a marvellous recipe however I find that when I topped this with a little bit of flaxseed and hemp (to boost my protein level) it became quite dense in calories (622 cals). Just a little heads up for someone’s who’s doing a caloric deficit (losing weight)
Don't skip flax or chia seeds because you're worried about calories... They are healthy fats. The word fat scares people but there's good fat and bad fat... This fat helps build protective tissue for your body. And yes you gain weight by having too many calories of anything even a good thing, don't rob your body of Omega 3's and even the delicious flavor because you're fearful. If you're honest with yourself and you're not eating any junk food or anything else in your life that is unhealthy remove that first before worrying about that.
@@gretchengeorge5302 Really? So it is for those who want to eat healthy and get fat? If so, there are much more tastier and heathier foods. This reciept was made only because the author of the vid is convinced this is healthy and average calorie densed food. This is so huge in calories, it is litteraly healthier to eat a burger than this. Same amount of calories + you get all the vitamins from the salads, tomatos and proteins, etc. + it tasted 5 times better than this reciept
Tried one with apple and one with bananas, the banana darkened when it waited overnight, so it wasn't very tasty, but the apple one was delicious! One with apple, one with blueberries and one with strawberries are waiting for us in the fridge now😊❣️ Thank you for the recipe!
A proper macronutrient balance is 65-40% carb, 35-10% protein, and 30-20% fat. If you've been deficient in any of the 3 for a long time then you'll temporarily benefit from prioritizing 1 but it won't last.
Kurokami Najimi What *YOU* consider proper macronutrient balance for you may not be proper for others because no one metabolize food the same. This is why macronutrient balances are flexible based on personal and health (if your dealing with medical issues) nutritional needs. Keep that in mind in the future. *You can only speak for your nutritional needs for the body you live in.*
Even if your intake was lower than average you could still eat this every morning anyways. It's not THAT many carbs. People like diabetics need to watch their carb intake, but what they shouldn't do is panic too much about it. They too need to eat some carbs. I had this patient once that only wanted to eat sausages and nothing else. That's a misunderstanding.
I love overnight oats, so simple, so good for you and filling. One of the best breakfast items in the arsenal that I make every week! Thanks for sharing. Stay connected!

I'll definitely be sharing this valuable information and these delicious recipes with others who are interested in healthy breakfast options.
On a personal note, I made the overnight oats using True Elements rolled oats, and they turned out fantastic. Thank you for sharing such wonderful recipes!
I made all of them and now I have a delicious breakfast and snack for the next few days!!! 🙌🏽
Love this it’s so simple to make and different flavours as well I just have to change my yoghurt to lactose free as I have milk intolerance I will start making this tomorrow. thank you for sharing ❤️😊
I bet you arent intolerant to my milk...

Thank you. Janet x
Me too but don’t overdo it with the maple syrup or honey
I loved these recipes! I'll make them in this ramadan In Sha Allah 😇
I made it too in this Ramadan 🌘🕋
Hello my friend

Seems brilliant for when I cba making anything in the morning. Could eat a couple of these each morning and get back into eating breakfast.
I just made your version and this is the most dreamy creamy tasting one I've had made thus far and will stick to this recipe!! I'm totally in love and just got 12 16oz mason jars for $7 at Michaels craft store!! I'm going to go wild with these. Thank you!!
Perfect idea! Knowing me I would make a smoothie out of every single one. A quick nutritional booster of a breakfast while catching the train in the morning.
Peanut butter and jelly overnight oats??? Y'all just made me a happy camper and elevated my overnight oats game.
How was it?
@@Fjottle, very nice and filling, it kept me full for a long time, i used soya milk instead of almond milk.
Grace Jegels you bad girl 😉. Grace, you should know better than that.
Super Saiyan Trump hell nah
Me too 😁
They look absolutely amazing!!!
Tastes amazing
I guess next time I will try adding desiccated coconut to it or cardamom powder to the porridge
I just made these and kept in the fridge to cool, can’t wait to try them with my family 😋😋, thank you so much for making this video for us and God bless 💐😘🤗
I just love your healthy recipe videos as it's yummy and healthy. Today, I just tried one of the recipes with true element's oatmeal pack and it turned out to be delicious. Thanks for sharing these amazing oatmeal videos
This recipe is a great breakfast for busy morning. I am going to try!
Omg im so excited to try this
*So I tried the Pina Colada.
Well it is an adventure for sure.....
this did not age well
I have never hear of overnight oats before. This is really great.
I did the blueberries overnight, enjoying it as a delightful breakfast with my black coffee now 😋. Tonight I'll try the cacao one 😋 😀

Grabs wallet and coat and heads to supermarket at speed for the ingredients. 🏃
Lol
Looks delish
Emily Lane don’t you have these ingredients at home? If not, I’m worried for you
Emily Lane i just did the same. I loved eating these during my holiday stay at hotel breakfast buffet. So, now i can have these anytime at home.
Emily Lane this comment aged like eggs
I made one with oatmeal, molasses, cinnamon, an opened tea bag of bengal spice tea (from celestial seasonings), chia, flax, and water (since lactose intolerant). It is addictive!
So does that mea I dont have to usr rolled oats? I can use regular oats since rn I dont have rolled oats on hand.
Fabulous! Im shopping for the items tomorrow.
Ok we all know we are definitely trying that chocolate one! 🍫🍫
Thank you for sharing this, I have just tried the Blueberry Recipe, absolutely lush 😁
I fixed the blueberry one this morning. It was awesome I'm defiantly going to try the rest of these 5 as soon as I can!
As someone with gluten/lactose/fructose/egg intolerance on a kinda diet.. it‘s hard to find recipes I can even consider eating, but these are actually something I can work with! Highly appreciate it and am very curious to try some, especially the chocolate one haha
If someone currently on sugar-cut, can i do this tooo?
@@whdanjwa_8777 I‘m assuming the sugar in fruits does not count, right? Never done sugar-cut but if you mix in ingredients that are fine with that I‘d totally say you can do that too!
I’m not usually a breakfast person but I’m going to try some of these as they look scrumptious 😋.
Jason Humphries dumb question but do you need to heat these up ?
let me know if you try it. I want to know if they are good!
Do we know how much calories this breakfast is especially the blue berrie
@@freedom1now743 I was wondering the same thing. Its prob 400+
@@rmalacas you don't have to. these taste delicous either way!
Superb! I've got ALL of the ingredients to get started right now! I will enjoy one 1st thing in the morning. Thanks!
Waiting for what happen second try :)
I LOVE THESE RECIPES. Thank you for this.
Wow this is exactly what I needed. I love everything in it. I am def. gonna try it! Thank you ❤️
Looks simple and delicious, gonna try it , thanks!
I love overnight oats. I add some cinnamon and protein powder and walnuts to mine for extra yumminess
been thinking about this kind of breakfast, for my job is just perfect!!
Amei essas idéias para o café da manhã!😍
I just made the apple oat one, hope to make the rest!!! They look delicious!!! Thanks 🙏🏽😌✨.
OMG!!! It's sooooooo good!!! I did the banana and cacao power one!
to be honest I always had hard time trying to eat oats, with this it made it so much great and delicious, my favourite is the Peanut Butter one and the Banana cocoa. Next time on the supermarket Im gonna get everything for the Blueberry.
Do the rolled oats still stay chewy or are they soft after the overnight soak? I love your Chia seed pudding recipes. I like soft textures. Thanks.
I tried one recipe, 1/2 apple and soya milk. It is tasty. Thank you.
Overnight oats are the best. Thanks you so much for this yummy ideas 🥰
❤
This is a marvellous recipe however I find that when I topped this with a little bit of flaxseed and hemp (to boost my protein level) it became quite dense in calories (622 cals).
Just a little heads up for someone’s who’s doing a caloric deficit (losing weight)
totally. Healthy doesn't mean it's calorie "friendly". Unfortunately, tho
Thank you I was wondering if I could eat this 🙏
I don’t think this person implied anywhere in the comments this is intended for those trying to lose weight.
If you like bananas I would suggest not adding them in overnight just cut it up fresh in the morning cooking easy to do. Cheers
Hi, these look amazing will definitely try, do you have a rough calorie count for each please? Thanks ❤️
They are sooooo easy and tasty !!!!
I tried the chocolate one and did some of my own variations .... It was awesome ❤️

I can’t wait to try all these, thank you!
I have always cooked my oats… better known as oatmeal…. Definitely gonna give this a try! Hope they taste as good as they look!
Love it! I got coco powder just for this, banna is my favorite!
Never knew oats could look so good 😊 I bet it taste great.
Oats are key!
These look delicious 😋 and so healthy as well! I need to try them!
I made the blueberry recipe. It was delicious. Thanks!
Great ideas for overnight oats. However, they are very carb heavy for those watching carb intake. Thanks for sharing!
I honestly do this with just water oats and smashed bananas and love it cause i just love oats so much lol
I need to make this again as I’m going blueberry picking this weekend 😋
ABCD- Absolutely beautiful, colorful and delicious.
❤
I love overnight oats, so simple, so good for you and filling. One of the best breakfast items in the arsenal that I make every week! Thanks for sharing. Stay connected!
