1 banana.
1 cup of oatmeal.
1 cup of plant milk.
half a glass of milk.
2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
leave 10 min.
Very tasty!

100 g of dark chocolate.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
