I started a 1200 calorie a day diet recently, and so far in 4 weeks I have lost 15 lbs. I started at 220lbs and as of this morning I am at 205. I do moderate exercise so I will have a calorie deficit by the end of the day. I walk or ride a stationary bike. What is key for me is I only drink water (both still and carbonated), coffee and tea. No sugary soda. This works for me. My goal is 30lbs and I am half way there.

Made this tonight and had my drink with ice...tastes better than I expected. Video was easy to follow and effective. I would only change one thing in the method...start the prep with the pineapple so while the peels are boiling you can do the other prep!
Update...so I lost 14 lbs but to be completely honest the last time I weighed myself before I started this was April 1st, which means I cannot logically attribute all my weight loss to this one week period (didn't have a scale at home). So I am gonna keep using the drink from this point and see if there's anymore weight loss. I try to let this drink replace breakfast and dinner cuz it is filling enough for me so I kinda only have one full meal for the day which is lunch. I also added 1,000 skips a day to my routine. I 100% recommend this drink for losing belly fat! I’ve tried for 3 different stints and the first time I tried, the first couple of days I lost 1.5kgs with low impact exercise (walking). Juicing is beneficial to the body, especially a healthy gut. However exercise is the best medicine for the heart. The heart is the most important muscle that needs to get pumping. You can't start your car without the battery!
What about people who have asthma? I can’t exercise like that without not being able to breathe and out of breath. Juicing will be my primary source for right now.

I'm no one's Dr nor pediatrician. I just make suggestions. In your case things like green tea with caffeine, breathing exercises, foods that produce low mucous. Honey, ginger, peppermint, turmeric, garlic etc. Exercise at a low moderate pace. Elliptical, recumbent bike, walk the treadmill or just walking while doing breathing exercises. REMEMBER......the body is naturally designed to heal and repair itself with the proper care, rest and attention. God bless
You didn't get belly fat over night, so you can't lose 30lbs in two weeks. You need a diet, structured and personalized diet. Create it by yourself or make one online (NextLevel Diet for example). There are other options as well, try to find something affordable and sustainable for you. Do some form of exercise 3x/week and you'll be fine. You eat for 8 hours and fast for 16, or you can start with eating for 10 hours and fast for 14. Whatever works best for you. I did this drink 2 night ago, I used a lime instead of a lemon and I strained my drink. Honey I drink it at night and it literally felt like everything I snacked on was being desolved from my stomach! I was passing gas, water weight was gone and I popped the next morning. This is a powerful drink, I only drink 1/4th of a cup. I'm gonna keep it up and do my Billy Blanks excercises to target my stomach.

@@inahsantiago4640 I have a suggestion... at Walmart/Aldi's/ and other grocery stores they have a medium sized bowl of salad with everything you need in it in it's own separate tray on top. Meat,cheese,salad dressing, and it even comes with it's own fork! It would be very easy for you to eat this during your night shifts. I buy about 5 at a time and they have all kinds of different ones...chicken caesar,fiesta,BLT,cranberry walnut...etc... plenty of choices for your taste buds. Just eating those alone I lost 10 pounds...whenever I get hungry I just grab one and can dispose of everything when finished...very neat way to eat...lol. Hope this helps
Try British race walking if you can ... if done properly it helps trim off a lot of flab around the midsection and thighs ... the proper way to do it is heel-toe heel-toe with a wide gait where the legs are stretched , but you're putting a lot of effort into walking quickly ... the shoulders need to be back and the rib cage lifted up off the hips so that when you walk quickly your midsection will swivel and help burn and sculpt off the fat . Cutting down on the starchy carbs and sugars will also make a big difference . Synthetic sugars are worse than using brown sugar . Do you drink beer or other alcohols ? They really contribute to belly fat . Also a lot of westerners especially Americans are not burning fat as quickly because they simply don't have enough of the right kind of iodine ... let alone iodine at all in their diet . This is SUPER strong i just made it and i advise you to only add a few slices of ginger at the beginning so you can work up a tolerance. I added the same amount as her and my throat almost died. I added a banana or two and various other fruit and i could not get the smoothie to taste better. So less is more in the beginning. Just a heads up.

I did this 3 years ago for a little less than two weeks and lost 15 pounds .. kept it off for a year. I felt refreshed and healthier. Going to do it again. I felt the best I’ve felt in a while when I did it. It works. I drank at least two cups in the day, lots of water and a big healthy salad for dinner. Sometimes with meat protein but sometimes not.
I've lost 4lbs so far. I also added 2 capful of ACV, cinnamon, and honey. There's a detox tea from Krogers and Walmart with Senna you could buy for $5 and drink too.
200 pounds: This is what I weighed this morning on November 28th, 2023. I already drank 20 ounces of this drink in the morning. I will drink another 20 ounces tonight before I go to bed. I am going to do a liquid fast for at least 2 weeks, my ultimate goal is 42 days or more though. For each of my juices I'm using: 1 cucumber, 2 granny smith (green) apples, 2 lemons and a massive amount of ginger. Long story short, I researched ginger yesterday and found out that it contains Gallic acid and a bunch of other potent fat burners. So yes, I'm putting a massive amount of ginger in each and every one of my drinks; at least double or triple of what this sweet lady is using.
I'm adding a half spoon organic cayenne pepper to every juice I make as well. I've heard cayenne pepper makes you absorb the nutrients you intake more easier and it's great for your heart and is the most natural powerful pain reliever in the world, should you get a headache or two from the withdrawal symptoms of food. The withdrawal symptoms only last the first 3 days of a liquid fast. If you can make it through the first 3 days, the liquid fast becomes super easy and you get insane energy and can think more clear because your body's energy is not focused on healing your whole body and mind, instead of wasting energy on digesting food. Fasting is taught in many religions to heal your body, mind and spirit :)

This drink really does work. Just be consistent and patient with it. And of course keep a balance diet and some light exercising 3-4 days a week. This drink is also so good for your skin, for me personally, my skin got brighter, got rid of dark random patches I had on my body, and that is a sign of gut cleansing! Just try the drink , you will not regret it. Also look into bone broth for weight loss! But I don’t recommend doing both the bone broth and this drink at the same time for weight loss. I recommend doing the drink for 3 weeks and then start the bone broth for just 10 days.
UPDATE. not sure if I did something wrong or maybe because every body is different but this only made me lose 2lbs in the whole two weeks. I drank it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and right before my daily workout or before bed. It's really a bummer because I had high hopes this drink has gone viral and it seemed to to be giving good results to mostly everyone that has tried it and then there is me. I exercise everyday and even changed my eating habits before trying this so I thought it would work...oh well I'm still going to continue drinking it I actually like the taste.
Today is Sun 23 Jan 2022, thanks God for keep me alive. I’m almost 69kg (152lb), i gained 19kg (41lb) since i live alone (1 year) for my studies, i was 50kg (110lb) for my 5’1 (1.57m). I feel soooo fat and im tired of the struggle to find jeans that feet me well. I tried to loose weight several times but im too lazy to work out so here we go. Hi, after we peel pineapple here in Trinidad, we boil the peel with some cinnamon sticks and after it has cooled, we sweeten and add a bit of vanilla essence, tastes great.

I haven’t tried it yet but sure will do! I gained some kgs after I finished Uni so I was really determined to lose it and I did! I lost 20kg-40lbs ish… but I want to lose another 5-10kgs just to feel healthier in my own skin, I might try this out, but I might skip the boiling peels, I can’t get a fresh fresh pineapple at store, so I don’t think its skin is that healthy, anyway it looks great tho ☺️

1. Pineapple allergy - sadly there’s no substitute because pineapples aid digestion due to high content of fiber. It helps decrease fat formation and breaks down fats and cholesterol. Curbs your sweet tooth as well since it is already sweet.
2. Ginger with skin - helps reduce bloating and aids with digestion too, as well as a lot of nutrients. The skin is high in fiber.
3. Lactating moms - ask your pedia/GP/OB first
4. Fruit skins/peels are high in fiber
5. You can use lime or lemon
7. You still need to EAT lunch and dinner
8. You can eat breakfast too after 30 mins of drinking this
9. This recipe makes a whole pitcher so store the excess in a mason jar and refrigerate it and consume for the next 3-4 days
10. If you’re acidic, start by drinking half a glass only 30 mins after dinner (don’t drink on empty stomach yet). Then increase amount as days go by. But if you’re suffering from GERD and heartburn, consult with your doctor first.
11. Eat clean and healthy meals with proper amount and at least light 30 mins workout daily to see results.
12. This drink helps with weight loss, do not rely solely on this drink to lose weight

I started a 1200 calorie a day diet recently, and so far in 4 weeks I have lost 15 lbs. I started at 220lbs and as of this morning I am at 205. I do moderate exercise so I will have a calorie deficit by the end of the day. I walk or ride a stationary bike. What is key for me is I only drink water (both still and carbonated), coffee and tea. No sugary soda. This works for me. My goal is 30lbs and I am half way there.

Made this tonight and had my drink with ice...tastes better than I expected. Video was easy to follow and effective. I would only change one thing in the method...start the prep with the pineapple so while the peels are boiling you can do the other prep!
Update...so I lost 14 lbs but to be completely honest the last time I weighed myself before I started this was April 1st, which means I cannot logically attribute all my weight loss to this one week period (didn't have a scale at home). So I am gonna keep using the drink from this point and see if there's anymore weight loss.
I try to let this drink replace breakfast and dinner cuz it is filling enough for me so I kinda only have one full meal for the day which is lunch. I also added 1,000 skips a day to my routine.

I 100% recommend this drink for losing belly fat! I’ve tried for 3 different stints and the first time I tried, the first couple of days I lost 1.5kgs with low impact exercise (walking). I'm no one's Dr nor pediatrician. I just make suggestions. In your case things like green tea with caffeine, breathing exercises, foods that produce low mucous. Honey, ginger, peppermint, turmeric, garlic etc. Exercise at a low moderate pace. Elliptical, recumbent bike, walk the treadmill or just walking while doing breathing exercises. You didn't get belly fat over night, so you can't lose 30lbs in two weeks. You need a diet, structured and personalized diet. Create it by yourself or make one online (NextLevel Diet for example). There are other options as well, try to find something affordable and sustainable for you. Do some form of exercise 3x/week and you'll be fine. You eat for 8 hours and fast for 16, or you can start with eating for 10 hours and fast for 14. Whatever works best for you. I did this drink 2 night ago, I used a lime instead of a lemon and I strained my drink. Honey I drink it at night and it literally felt like everything I snacked on was being desolved from my stomach! I was passing gas, water weight was gone and I popped the next morning. This is a powerful drink, I only drink 1/4th of a cup. I'm gonna keep it up and do my Billy Blanks excercises to target my stomach.

@@inahsantiago4640 I have a suggestion... at Walmart/Aldi's/ and other grocery stores they have a medium sized bowl of salad with everything you need in it in it's own separate tray on top. Meat,cheese,salad dressing, and it even comes with it's own fork! It would be very easy for you to eat this during your night shifts. I buy about 5 at a time and they have all kinds of different ones...chicken caesar,fiesta,BLT,cranberry walnut...etc... plenty of choices for your taste buds. Just eating those alone I lost 10 pounds...whenever I get hungry I just grab one and can dispose of everything when finished...very neat way to eat...lol. Hope this helps

Cutting down on the starchy carbs and sugars will also make a big difference .

Do you drink beer or other alcohols ? They really contribute to belly fat .

This is SUPER strong i just made it and i advise you to only add a few slices of ginger at the beginning so you can work up a tolerance. I added the same amount as her and my throat almost died. I added a banana or two and various other fruit and i could not get the smoothie to taste better. So less is more in the beginning. Just a heads up.

Blend 1 large cucumber, a 2 inch piece of ginger then add the juice of 2 lemons. Drink 8 oz in the a.m on an empty stomache and 8 oz before bedtime. Do not eat any solids after 6 p.m.
You will also need to regularly exercise and eat a balanced diet to lose all that weight but great weight loss drink btw

I’m excited to try this one. I hope it’s safe for those with thyroid problems. I workout 7 days per week, sweating like crazy, but it’s really hard for me to lose weight. I have hypothyroidism. Wish me luck. Planning to start this drink tomorrow!

I did this 3 years ago for a little less than two weeks and lost 15 pounds .. kept it off for a year. I felt refreshed and healthier. Going to do it again. I felt the best I’ve felt in a while when I did it. It works. I drank at least two cups in the day, lots of water and a big healthy salad for dinner. Sometimes with meat protein but sometimes not.

I've lost 4lbs so far. I also added 2 capful of ACV, cinnamon, and honey. There's a detox tea from Krogers and Walmart with Senna you could buy for $5 and drink too.

200 pounds: This is what I weighed this morning on November 28th, 2023. I already drank 20 ounces of this drink in the morning. I will drink another 20 ounces tonight before I go to bed.
I am going to do a liquid fast for at least 2 weeks, my ultimate goal is 42 days or more though. I will be drinking 2 of these juices a day; one in the morning and one at night, with water in between.
I will update everyone every 3 days or so. I hope it works out; I would love to inspire y'all. For each of my juices I'm using: 1 cucumber, 2 granny smith (green) apples, 2 lemons and a massive amount of ginger.
Long story short, I researched ginger yesterday and found out that it contains Gallic acid and a bunch of other potent fat burners. So yes, I'm putting a massive amount of ginger in each and every one of my drinks; at least double or triple of what this sweet lady is using.
Please come back with an update! I really want to see if it really works!
I'm adding a half spoon organic cayenne pepper to every juice I make as well. I've heard cayenne pepper makes you absorb the nutrients you intake more easier and it's great for your heart and is the most natural powerful pain reliever in the world, should you get a headache or two from the withdrawal symptoms of food.
The withdrawal symptoms only last the first 3 days of a liquid fast. If you can make it through the first 3 days, the liquid fast becomes super easy and you get insane energy and can think more clear because your body's energy is not focused on healing your whole body and mind, instead of wasting energy on digesting food.

This drink really does work. Just be consistent and patient with it. And of course keep a balance diet and some light exercising 3-4 days a week. This drink is also so good for your skin, for me personally, my skin got brighter, got rid of dark random patches I had on my body, and that is a sign of gut cleansing!
Just try the drink , you will not regret it. Also look into bone broth for weight loss! But I don’t recommend doing both the bone broth and this drink at the same time for weight loss. I recommend doing the drink for 3 weeks and then start the bone broth for just 10 days.

UPDATE. not sure if I did something wrong or maybe because every body is different but this only made me lose 2lbs in the whole two weeks. I drank it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and right before my daily workout or before bed. It's really a bummer because I had high hopes this drink has gone viral and it seemed to to be giving good results to mostly everyone that has tried it and then there is me. I exercise everyday and even changed my eating habits before trying this so I thought it would work...oh well I'm still going to continue drinking it I actually like the taste.

Hi, after we peel pineapple here in Trinidad, we boil the peel with some cinnamon sticks and after it has cooled, we sweeten and add a bit of vanilla essence, tastes great.

I haven’t tried it yet but sure will do! I gained some kgs after I finished Uni so I was really determined to lose it and I did! I lost 20kg-40lbs ish… but I want to lose another 5-10kgs just to feel healthier in my own skin, I might try this out, but I might skip the boiling peels, I can’t get a fresh fresh pineapple at store, so I don’t think its skin is that healthy, anyway it looks great tho ☺️

Hello Everyone it's Monday May 10th 2021 and I did my morning weekly weigh in & I'm down 4lbs from a week ago, 😊 granted I've not been exercising that 1st week but I will begin to walk every day this week.
