Thank you so much for teaching yoga and mudras for curing stomach issues. I am suffering from stomach related issues from last 4 years in a row. I never had any digestive problems in my life, but it all started when I began to take ginger water first thing in the morning and then after 1 month of doing this I started to experience nasal congestion and to cure it I tried cinnamon powder with honey but it worsened things even more. Since than my stomach is never back to normal, constant acidity, bloating and unable to burp. Currently, whenever I eat food after a while I start to have chest pain, unable to burp and chest feels tender and painful to touch. I feel pain with breathing. Additionally, I am constantly constipated with hard stools with clear mucus in it. I have undergone sort of tests related to heart and stomach but nothing is diagnosed, everything is coming out normal in all tests. I started to perform yoga asanas taught by you from last few days. I have no idea what can be the problem. Can you recommend something specific?
Thank you sir, but for knee pain drs. Suggest not to fold legs. Not to sit on floor. Please suggest some asanas specially for arthritis and weight loss.

Just to share my opinion, For diabetic person, it is recommend that they should walk to activate cells to increase uptake. Saying " walk for meals " Most of diabetic person, after meal would like to sleep , laying down, just sit. Never walk to activate cells. More intake, less burning. Now how request for diabetic environment. People will not exercise, but wish to increase intake. Just take diabetic medication, simple solution. Why should perform yoga or exercise

Is it okay to do Apana Mudra (In Baddha Konasana) followed by Suchi Mudra (In Vajrasana) for 20mins each - immediately after eating food? Or should I give a gap of 10 or 15mins or more after eating? 3. Also, how to understand if the pressure that I am applying in the Mudra is the right amount or not? Because after doing Mudra for 20mins the fingers are almost numb. It takes a couple of mins for circulation to be restored. Is this normal or am I applying too much pressure while doing Mudra? Mr. Prashantj I'm nearing 80yrs.but I do yogas & pranyams regularly. U pl.light on legs up against the wall. Iam a patient of ashthma Or copd whatever ucall it. Iam suffering from the age of 6yrs.I am doing that also . Now I am seeking ur advice or suggestions.
