Soaked overnight and consumed first thing in the morning:
2 tsp of raisins
2 to 3 tsp flexseed sauté and crushed
7 to 8 almonds soaked and skin removed
1 tsp poppy seeds, crushed and drink with milk
1 to 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds soaked and eat in an empty stomach (testosterone booster)

Im already following it since three months.... i can feel the difference😊its great.!!Every night i soak 12 to 15 raisins and 1 tsp of chea seeds in a glass of water and drink it in the morning with empty stomach.

Finally very important fasting
Awesome list but stop taking egg coz the eggs that we get now are totally chemically treated and that too very harmful chemicals. A chicken naturally takes 135days to get the egg out but nowadays it comes out in 40days. You can have fish and sea food when u visit a beach else even they are grown in farms now.
Only thing I would leave out is fish oil due to its parasitic worms(can cause cancers n weaknesses n most illnesses today) n eggs too both cruel also and alternatives exist for both in non cruel way
@@tranquilgiftsonline also don't drink cow milk dairy products because all of the milk precursors come from blood
@@happymanvb9064 disagree on that as is Mothers milk(something even your were brought up on and have in ask forms including desserts), ghee, curd is very important for human health as shown by Lord Krishna however the way it is farmed in today's world esp western nations is cruel and hence for that veganism is in rise as cows are overexploited hence have less n not waste milk or stop in time. Interesting how you have to have a dig back although your not implementing it yourself as I talked about direct killing of life and ill health from it

What is very sad is that too many people are in the dark about the truth of what they are doing when they get themselves involved in practicing yoga. You should want the best for yourself and choose other ways for your excersize. There will soon be a great shaking that will happen and ALL PEOPLES upon the earth will know of it. God made all of us but He is tired of the stupidities and evil and great sinfulness going on in the world.
