Hello doctor... I give below diet to my 4.5 year old girl. Is this healthy diet quantity and quality wise pls bataye doctor? Am I missing anything important so that she does not get affected by any nutritional deficiency. Kindly suggest Morning - 1/2 cup of overnight soaked raisins water+ Over night soaked nuts & dry fruits( 2-Almonds, 2-cashews, 1-walnut, 1-Fig, handful of pumpkin seeds) + 1 small Fruit ( apple, dragon fruit, few muskmelon slices or 6-7 strawberries) Mid morning - carrot Poha or veg upma or vegetable dosa or oats chilla or veg besan chilla, bread cheese or sabudana khichdi with peanuts Pre Lunch- 1 cucumber Lunch- 1 millet or wheat roti + half small bowl vegetables curry + half cup Dal. Many times I make roi with some moringa powder mixed in it Post lunch - half cup curd or buttermilk with chia seeds or roasted ground flaxseeds powder Half glass of Lemon water in between whenever thirsty with 1/2 tsp chia seeds once Evening snacks- 1 fruit + market bought crackers and 1 sesame jaggery ladoo (roasted flaxseeds powder+ shredded coconut+ jaggery+ pinch of elaichi+ roasted brown sesame seeds + nutritional yeast) Dinner- millet or wheat Roti or Rice with Daal and vegetable (like carrot, green beans or bottle gourd, etc) She is vegetarian and does not even like to eat eggs as well. So daily I give her 1 tsp of nutritional yeast flakes to meet her vit b12 requirement. Many times she eats few packaged snacks like banana chips, ice cream, chocolate, digestive biscuits, oats khakra, Makhana, jowar puffs, popcorn,etc but in less quantity and not as replacement for meals however sometimes due to this her meal portions get reduced.
Sir i have kneepain & could not perform suryanamaskara, but after following your class for knee pain now i can perform suryanamaskara without pain . Is it ok for me to do this . Will my kneepain worsen

I am a very unfit person but i want to gradually take up tapaswi level yoga. That is my aim. I am planning to leave the world and totally focus on yoga and tapasya once i have taken care of my responsibilities. Can you help please ?
