Thanks for the video. The back rack should have quick release and an easy switch to the seat. Seems more important than the front basket
Hello there Jeremiah. Thanks for your videos. I just got my bike about a week ago. Something I did to my bike for the front basket is I glued a washer on one side of the mount on the bike so it stayed in place when I install the basket. One side only as there no space to add another one on the other side. It works great. The basket does not move at all, and it is very sturdy. In my case the way it came was useless honestly because the basket was so loose. I was considering sending it back but not anymore.

How’s the max speed and range and did you change the max speed on the computer
@AlShams69 the speed goes to around 13-15 mph, not giving me any resistance for pedaling even at 7 speed. So if I want the exercise, I would have to turn off PA. I changed the maximum speed to 20 since I can not go lower than that but is still going at the same speed from the start. I have another bike with a 1200 e motor, and on PA 1, I can still pedal. So I don't know how to change that on my Rattan. Thanks for your help.
I really like the price/performance of this bike but, I think they really stumbled on the finishing touches like cargo mounting points. P.s. Big thanks for all your videos. I'm doing research and you seem to do a video just in time for what I'm thinking about.

well said jeremiah, i bought a fat tyre folding ebike here in the uk and the basket would only fit one way,good of you to point that out.

Racks working well: very sturdy and good amount of space. Use my ebike to run errands and buy groceries/etc.
I was actually able to mount the rear basket lengthwise by ovaling the mounting holes. Gives the bike a narrower profile when trail riding.
I did the same thing and not only looks better IMO but is more manageable.
Could you mount the light on to the basket itself
Hi Jeremiah, nice review, I put my racks on today, but for some reason it keeps unplugging my front light, I even have the wires going down the front basket hook, have you had any issue with this.
Any generic back basket that works with it?
Also heard tires tubes were flimsy, is it was to replace them? Which would you recommend ?
Hi Jeremiah, do you know how thick in mm the round tubing is that makes up the basket? I'm looking at hanging panniers off the sides of the basket since there are no good attachment points on the rear of the bike.

I’d like to have a rack instead of a basket. Just big enough to tie down small items. I’ll have to modify another manufacture’s to work with the lm 750 head tube loops.

There is a link in the description of this video for the Rattan website. click on equipment then accessories and you will find the racks there as far as I know you have to order them directly through Rattan.
