How is this bike in rain? I asked the company but got a generic response.
I have been caught in the rain before and had no problem. I did cover my display with a clear bag just in case:) but I would definitely go by whatever the manufacturer recommends.

Have not, just be careful because there's no plexiglass guard.

Did you say it’s possible to lower the speed in pedal assist?
@@MillerMarja Yes it does come with foot pegs and a backrest. However it's not like they're advertising the passenger portion. It looks like you can increase the number of pedal assist levels I just haven't tested that yet.
@@mikerochester I’m trying to talk with a Rattan representative, and ask them some questions. They are not calling back. That worries me. What’s the best way to get a hold of the people. Did you order straight from Rattan or Amazon?
