One day late, but I'm here. I chose to do some practices on my own, and some days I'll be following a KISS practice. The seed from Home is sprouting, even when I don't feel like showing up on the mat, I take a moment, seat here and suddenly I have (and need) to do it. That's so much for a change. Namaste.
These videos are extremely helpful in managing my anxiety and stress. I'd love to see Adrienne do 30-60 minute videos with some time for extended Shavanasa. I also attend a Yoga Class each week and love doing Shavanasa where we bring our attention and awareness to every part of our body (toes, fingers, left thigh, right thigh etc). It would really be the cherry on top of these videos.

I am following February’s kiss practices and I see today is ‘wind down’ . Initially thought I need to do this later but after such a stressful day yesterday in work I decided to do it before going to work, to help me start a fresh this morning. Well it’s worked and I feel completely relaxed and I feel like yesterday’s drama has been put behind me and today is a brand new day... and breathe thank you 🙏
Rather tired today despite having slept nearly eight hours so that little bit of heat in the middle of practice today felt more like a flow practice. It's so beautiful when we are being quiet and just breathing with you, and your microphone picks up the sound of your heartbeat. I practice with noise cancelling, bluetooth headphones and I can hear it clearly in several of your exercises. It is very special. Right up next to your heartbeat. Thank you for all you do for us. I am immensely grateful.
I know I was becoming relaxed throughout based on the number of times I farted. And it doesn't echo in my own room the way it does in a studio....!! Thank you

Two weeks ago I decided to start doing daily yoga to take care of myself. It’s something I’ve always loved but haven’t done consistently. I’ve watched dozens of videos but this is BY far my favorite I have found! Gives me that little bit of core workout but still brings total peace. Somehow, you remind me to take a breath, rotate my hip etc EXACTLY when I need it every single time! The things you say about letting things from the day go speak so strongly to me as well. You are just an incredible instructor. So intuitive to the needs of those practicing. ❤️

good night 11:47pm on a rainy Sunday night from my bedroom in india!my heart is heavy and the beginnings of a lump fills my throat. i will have a challenging week ahead with college exams and a family member's surgery. im truly grateful for this practice. for yoga. for adriene.
I felt frustrated after a sport performance but I managed to think it through and calm down on the mat. Now I remember that it's okay to feel frustrated. I'm aiming to be honest and humble to learn from the mistakes that frustrate me and after that I'll just move on. Now that I've learned the lesson, it's more productive to just move on and not be so hard on myself. I'm so lucky in the grand scheme of things. Lots of gratitude for you, Adriene and the whole YWA community. You inspire me to be the best version of myself❤
Yesterday morning I did day 20 of Adriene's 30 days... then my yoga teacher came to my house and we had a fast and furious, energetic session in the afternoon. Today... my abs... OUCH! I wasn't going to do anything today but brought myself to the mat for this lovely gentle session. Stretched out those sore abs and legs and was proud of myself. And the bonus... the ADORABLE Benji who makes me smile every time he comes into the shot. Once again, thank you Adriene... Much love and light xxx

Hi Adriene! I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my spine 😔I can’t exercise like I used to due to numbness in my feet and pain in my neck and arms. However, I still manage to do some form of exercises, but I noticed that yoga is by far the best medicine my body is responding to. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ thank you so much!

Came home from an 8 hour accounting assessment- “yoga to wind down” Perfect timing I’ve tried a few other yoga videos online but I find yours the best as you explain things so well and your voice is soothing. If anyone else experiences ASMR you’ll get what I mean. I find these have helped a lot with my anxiety

Get this throat checked, find out what your body wants from you and just make it healthy and happy. Our body is incredibly wise and sometimes it makes us go trough rough times, just to teach us something or even to protect us from something. I have a nasty chronicle illness, I spend a lot of time around doctors and I know it sucks, but sometimes it's the only thing that helps. So please, don't ignore whatever is going on, make sure you do what it needs to be done and don't worry if you need to rest - the connection you have with us, the people who you really really inspire will remain. Thank you so much for this lovely practice and tons of kisses for Benji!
Nourish day 14, great practice with gentle stretches, I wish I had done it in the morning but I had no time so postponed it for the afternoon and I think it still worked for me! It is interesting that doing yoga at differnt times of the day has different effects; I remember doing this for the first time was in the morning and it was quite enegizing while now I feel more relaxed to be prepared to go to bed earlier!❤
Unwind was another surprise. Again, I woke up thinking, "today's the day Kiss is going to get sweaty and more difficult. " but it was lovely. It gave me time to focus on plugging in my shoulders, putting weight into the tops of my feet, really stretching my toes and so much more. Adriene, your humor about your medication and watching Benji love on you, always heartwarming. Namaste`

Is it normal if i cried during the "say to yourself 'i love you'" session, because at that moment i feel like today i overworked myself and this little time makes me realize that i need to stop for a sec to just appreciate myself once in a while. thank you so much Adriene for those moments. I was like...ok awkward lol Now, 2 months after, and after practicing yoga with you almost every day, the feet massage has become one of my favorite parts. Self-love always feels good! And then again when you said you are awesome for commiting to this excercise. In 36 years no one has ever told me I am awesome. Aaaahhh it was rejuvenating and helped with recalibrating the inner thoughts and outer postures. Easy and enjoyable. Happy that I've done it.

Yesterday morning I did day 20 of Adriene's 30 days... then my yoga teacher came to my house and we had a fast and furious, energetic session in the afternoon. Today... my abs... OUCH! I wasn't going to do anything today but brought myself to the mat for this lovely gentle session. Stretched out those sore abs and legs and was proud of myself. And the bonus... the ADORABLE Benji who makes me smile every time he comes into the shot. Once again, thank you Adriene... Much love and light xxx

Hi Adriene! I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my spine 😔I can’t exercise like I used to due to numbness in my feet and pain in my neck and arms. However, I still manage to do some form of exercises, but I noticed that yoga is by far the best medicine my body is responding to. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ thank you so much!
I realize I am somewhat ahead of people for Renew, but I've been picking and choosing what I need this week. This felt so good, as I've been somewhat sore lately. This nice and easy practice was so yummy 💚🙏🏻

Dear lovely Adriene, your practices have brought me so much peace, love and personal power! Please, take the time to take care of yourself. Get this throat checked, find out what your body wants from you and just make it healthy and happy. Our body is incredibly wise and sometimes it makes us go trough rough times, just to teach us something or even to protect us from something. I have a nasty chronicle illness, I spend a lot of time around doctors and I know it sucks, but sometimes it's the only thing that helps. So please, don't ignore whatever is going on, make sure you do what it needs to be done and don't worry if you need to rest - the connection you have with us, the people who you really really inspire will remain. Thank you so much for this lovely practice and tons of kisses for Benji!

Nourish day 14, great practice with gentle stretches, I wish I had done it in the morning but I had no time so postponed it for the afternoon and I think it still worked for me! It is interesting that doing yoga at differnt times of the day has different effects; I remember doing this for the first time was in the morning and it was quite enegizing while now I feel more relaxed to be prepared to go to bed earlier!❤

Unwind was another surprise. Again, I woke up thinking, "today's the day Kiss is going to get sweaty and more difficult. " but it was lovely. It gave me time to focus on plugging in my shoulders, putting weight into the tops of my feet, really stretching my toes and so much more. Adriene, your humor about your medication and watching Benji love on you, always heartwarming. Namaste`

Is it normal if i cried during the "say to yourself 'i love you'" session, because at that moment i feel like today i overworked myself and this little time makes me realize that i need to stop for a sec to just appreciate myself once in a while. thank you so much Adriene for those moments. I know this is an old video but still my go to!
I've done this flow more than once now and I always seem to come back to it when I really need it the universe brings it back around I've been going through so real toughness lately but I know yoga always has my back and I'm always safe on my mat no matter what's going on just to take that bit of time and let it All Fall away Namaste 🙏

I think that yesterday was a very emotional day and not in a good or nice way so today while I was doing the routine I start crying, I felt stupid and then so grateful because... really don´t know, but thank you.

I remember the first time I was following one of your practices and you said “Massage your feet”. I was like...ok awkward lol Now, 2 months after, and after practicing yoga with you almost every day, the feet massage has become one of my favorite parts. Self-love always feels good! I just wanted to lay in Savasana at the beginning of the practice, but over the course of it, I felt relaxed and amazing!! Ended up finishing with Savasana, and I enjoyed the whole practice so much

I´ve read so many comments where people have shared how they cry during your excercises - today it finally happend to me too. When you said this is your moment, love yourself I just broke down. And then again when you said you are awesome for commiting to this excercise. In 36 years no one has ever told me I am awesome. I totally lost it when you said that. thank you so much for your positive encouragement, this video was great for my body but what my soul just experienced is beyond words
