      Yesss, I had the same experience just now, but in the evening. Almost 2000 yogi in my personal class. Really loved this one and am definitely coming back to this video more often 😊

    I began going to a yoga studio in the fall of '19. A few months later, we were all in lockdown. I knew I didn't want to stop practicing yoga, and then I found YWA (yay!!!!!) from that time, nearly two years in, I rarely missed a day. But then life happened, and I began missing more and more day, and then stopped all together. Today is marked may first practice in over a year - I missed it so much (as my tight and sore back keeps telling me) With my hands to my heart, it felt like coming home. Thank you.

    I just want you to know how much your yoga videos mean to me. I have been doing them for over seven years now. You helped me feel sane while I was at a stressful job as a middle school counselor. I would do your videos on my lunch break and it got me through the day. Once I quit my job, I continued to do your videos at home as part of a healing process to help me overcome the traumas I had been through in my life.

    in the last minutes of this practice, i was filling my belly with air and i was suddenly overcomed by gratefulness for its capability to hold the oxygen that keeps me alive. it made me cry and heal at the same time. thank you adriene, and thank you belly

    Get To Know, June 5, 2024. Slowed down a little for most the day. Compared to the busy weeks of May, definitely not in go, go, go mode. My body decided to slow down even more and I am beginning to feel under the weather. Wanted to sleep it off, but remaining committed to m daily yoga practice. Couldn't do much of the squatting as it's not comfortable , but the flow did help to put more pep in the limbs. 💙

    It’s amazing to see how rapidly the number of views changes under the video in as little as 30 minutes. This is the firs time I’m doing a practice that early after the release of it.     I had an awful nightmare that woke me up and I was having incredible trouble getting it out of my sistem when I thought of doing yoga as a means to help, and it was amazing. I now feel so relaxed and present. Thank you for all of your content and all you do for us. ❤

    ❤ I just stumbled onto your videos, and I love what I see so far. I'm going to be 55 soon, and I've struggled with worry and overthinking for many years. I'm tired. I don't want to end my race this way. ( I'm relatively healthy and plan on hopefully being here for a while.) A friend suggested yoga.     Thank you, thank you, thank you, Adriene. This exquisite yoga flow saved my day, as I was cramped up on my period and feeling bad for not being more productive. This sesh helped me slow down and reconnect with self-compassion while easing my cramps and anxious thoughts.     Thank you for these amazing videos. back in 2022, I started my 30-day yoga journey with you, but I was a bit late so I started it in February and you helped me a lot to distract and stop thinking about the upcoming war (I live in Ukraine). But then unfortunately the war broke out and I couldn't continue doing it cuz I was so stressed that my brain refused to relax even for a while.
    Today is my first time doing yoga again after all those terrible events started happening. And I can't say anything but thank you for your hard work. It's the first time I felt so relaxed in the past 2 years. Thank you for being the one who brings peace into everything you do.

    This is my first time back on the yoga mat for a few months. After 11 years of regular practice that i loved, I experience low back/psoas pain each time now. I thought this might be a good practice to jump back im. It didn't disappoint. Hoping I can ease yoga back into my days.Thanks for this❤

    What a luscious new practice. I missed it earlier in the month on the calendar and thought it might make a nice Christmas Eve practice this early morning....am now basking in the warm glow of that lucky choice! Feeling peaceful, grateful and energized.

    What a perfect preparation this is for tomorrow. Benji is really working the moves to perfection. At the end of Day 0 I was overjoyed to see you nose to nose as you both did downward dog. I do hope very much that you keep that gorgeous lil sequence at the beginning or the end of FLOW because it's just too beautiful for words.     It's interesting to think that while I was doing this practice (some five months after the fact), there's a fair chance that somebody else (most likely somewhere else in the world and at a totally different time of day where they are) is also doing it (inevitably at a different stage in the video). Meanwhile, Adriene is doing the same practice over and over again; it's no wonder she looks so good!
