I don't know if anyone will ever see this, but when Adriene asked "What happens when you get surprised by something you don't want to do? How do you react?" I realized that it makes all the difference that I trust her. We've had 10 years together building this relationship so when she's taking me somewhere and it's hard, I also feel open and resilient. I think the relationship makes all the difference. We can do hard things when we're not alone! Thank you Adriene for building such a respectful and steady relationship with us over the years. Thank you for the practice I did it on my bed. Thank you for alternative to plank. I also managed the second downward facing dog. 😊 I wish I could sit comfortably crossed legged. My knees are always up although I try every other day. Hey ho at 63 and nearly 6ft tall I guess it's not meant to be. I have tried sitting on cushion. Thank you Adrienne for your videos. nameste
I finished this routine in tears. I lost my partner, I lost my job, I’m moving to another city, I found out I’m neurodivergent, I just emerged into my 30s. This change in my life feels overwhelming. But you’re right Adrienne, it’s inevitable. I’m still learning to flow with it. 🍃

Exhale🌬️ - March 2024 Change and drain🚿 I exhale all of the tension and negative energy that has built up in my body and is holding me back from my true authentic, joyful self. This practice really calls to mind the classic saying of “live and let live”. I feel cleansed and refreshed ready for the coming week having shifted any and all stagnant energy that is weighing me down and disallowing me to move in a spiritually aligned state that serves me as a whole being. It’s so nice to take this time for myself ahead of a week and at the end of a lovely weekend, to tap into my inner world and recentre and realign with my universally guided life path. I really felt/do feel that my angels are looking down on me this week, knowingly supporting my spirit while at the same time allowing me to grow and challenge myself in different ways that will ultimately make me a better, stronger person. Looking forward to stepping into a new week feeling positively charged and spiritually aligned. Namaste darlings🙏✨💓 xx
One of the best parts of yoga practice is seeing how you actually are, before you start your day. SO rather than feeling bad about the weakness, start to look comparatively from day to day so that on weak days you acknowledge that and be extra gentle with yourself, then the strong days will happen and you'll also KNOW, today is a strong day.

Woke later than I had hoped with a sore upper left back. Not sure what was going on in dreamland. I am heading out of town to visit with a friend returning to his home in Canada this week. Always a little sad when this happens, but it is the nature of working as an expat abroad. All that said, I was going to switch out for an even shorter sequence but glad I did not. I found something new today. When Adriene mentioned the root Chakra grounding down during the lunge, I was able to go a little deeper. I also had to laugh when she said put your hands under your wrists, rather than saying under the shoulders 😛. The left upper back feels a little better too! Nourish day 7. 399 days in a row.
You're like that friend we all love who always tells us the truth, even when we don't want to hear it because she loves us and wants the best for us... Except with our own bodies. "I can't do that move!... Oh, well I guess it wasn't so bad." Thank you for sharing your practice. I started this practice feeling very tender and tearful as many things are happening in my life (professional and personal) and within ten minutes I had stopped crying and felt reconnected, whole and centred again. Thank you 🙏

Oh Adriene, as if you knew it, you scheduled this class for 2nd November - just as many European countries are moving back into lockdown. Change is all around us, and its often frightening. This really helped me accept what I cannot change. Also, today, I could not hold the plank with you for the first time. I felt like a failure, but you made me feel like it's okay - we're all just doing our best with what the day has given us. And sometimes, we have to work with a little less.
Well here we are in the UK and still in lockdown, although at last the schools have been back a week. So hoping we can see a return to a more normal life very soon. Hope Bettina you are holding up your spirits.xx
Adriene. I’m crying. I’m sobbing actually. I’ve been so chronically fatigued for two years. Diet, drs, meds... nothing has helped me. I just did this video and my eyelids don’t feel as heavy. I actually could physically feel change happening. I’m going to start doing these videos every day. I did your yoga camp and yoga revolution before I got sick. I cannot believe I’ve abandoned this for so long. This was the answer all along.
Started as a self-challenged, show to myself that I can stick for 30 days doing something out of my confort zone. I never stopped. Today with this practice is day 365 and I can't be more proud of myself showing me that I can do way more than what my mind think. Thank you Adriene for being there, every day in this journey ❤️

just found out one of my best friends is moving 7 hours away - instead of drowning myself in sad music and wallowing, I did this. thank you. I’ve been doing yoga for a little over three years now and it never fails to show up for me when I show up for it 💕
Here for the same reasons - this quarantine has made me feel so insecure. I'll be going through Adriene's entire yoga for uncertain times playlist in the next few weeks. It's good to see others are looking to yoga too right now.
I am a student at McGill, and lately I’ve been so overwhelmed with working full time to pay for school and studying for finals I have not had the chance to move my body. Today, after getting home late from the library, I put todays April yoga on. I am so pleased I did. At the end, I grinned and lightly tapped my feet on my pillow so I wouldn’t wake my roommates. My body still hurts from sitting all day (everyday) working, but I am feeling a bit less clogged. Glad to know I can tune in here whenever and escape the monotony of work. Happiness and health to everyone who will also do this practice today, or any other day. We are strong!

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that you are brave and definitely not alone in this. Me and a lot of friends are struggling too at the moment due to job losses etc. For now we can't really do anything except stay open, loving and healthy, being accepting and practicing yoga. This was a great practise. After all my organs started working in the puppy posture- my yoga shorts felt too restricting so I accepted the change, rolled it down to let my belly peak out and finished the practise. It's a small change i've made and i'm very grateful to Adriene for guiding me through it

I just love, love, love this practice....from the luscious opening sequence all the way through to Benji's downward dog as we end. One of my bucket list items is now to be able to do the foot tap "rain drops" piece in a big space with a large group of happy yogis, relishing in the collective energy and fun of moving our bodies and hearts together!
I felt stuck this morning, so this was great to get me moving and feeling like I'd achieved something. Loved the end when benji just walked off! Diva 😊

Thank you. I haven't approached the mat in many, many months but today I needed something to anchor into. My six-month-old pomeranian puppy sat down on the mat and watched the whole video in the meantime.

This year been a change for everyone - with the pandemic going on, it has made me felt super uneasy with all uncertainties going on. I discovered Adriene's youtube around March, and following your yoga practices has made me found calmness in this chaotic world. Thanks for the videos. I’ve been participating in the March yoga calendar for about a week now, but I jump around on the video days depending on how much time I have. I LOVE it! I do it first thing in the morning and feel so great for my day. I also feel my muscles stretching and strengthening. I love the burn after a good, hard workout, which I get with these yoga videos. Adrienne is calm and relaxing, while throwing in some fun comments and silliness to lighten things! Thank you, Adrienne!!
I've been struggling a lot these past few months. I fell out of all the routines that helped me manage my chronic pain and PTSD symptoms, and it's had its consequences. I'm a full time student with two jobs, without any real support since I live on my own, so I've been stuck in this hazy, lethargic place and it's hurt me in every aspect of my life. Today I slept for 12 hours straight, missed my classes and an important appointment. I got myself to have a smoothie though, and found the will I need to start this practice AND finish it. I'm not really sure where I'd be without these practices as they've been the foundation of my recovery for the past 5 years. Thank you also for being so encouraging, not sure I'd have been able to find the energy to get through the practice and stay present without it. Endless love for everyone else doing these practices. May we all find the strength and grace to get through change.
Recovering from covid (which was easy on me and I'm thankful for that) and now I've been taking it easy for a while. Totally whispered to myself "I am strong" in forearm plank. Nailed it. Glad to see I'm slowly gaining my strength back. Namaste, it's been great to Embody all of March (besides the sickness). 🌷

Woke later than I had hoped with a sore upper left back. Not sure what was going on in dreamland. I am heading out of town to visit with a friend returning to his home in Canada this week. Always a little sad when this happens, but it is the nature of working as an expat abroad. All that said, I was going to switch out for an even shorter sequence but glad I did not.
I found something new today. When Adriene mentioned the root Chakra grounding down during the lunge, I was able to go a little deeper. I also had to laugh when she said put your hands under your wrists, rather than saying under the shoulders 😛.
The left upper back feels a little better too!

Oh Adriene, as if you knew it, you scheduled this class for 2nd November - just as many European countries are moving back into lockdown. Change is all around us, and its often frightening. This really helped me accept what I cannot change.
Also, today, I could not hold the plank with you for the first time. I felt like a failure, but you made me feel like it's okay - we're all just doing our best with what the day has given us. And sometimes, we have to work with a little less.

Adriene. I’m crying. I’m sobbing actually. I’ve been so chronically fatigued for two years. Diet, drs, meds... nothing has helped me. I just did this video and my eyelids don’t feel as heavy. I actually could physically feel change happening. I’m going to start doing these videos every day. I did your yoga camp and yoga revolution before I got sick. I cannot believe I’ve abandoned this for so long. This was the answer all along.

just found out one of my best friends is moving 7 hours away - instead of drowning myself in sad music and wallowing, I did this. thank you. I’ve been doing yoga for a little over three years now and it never fails to show up for me when I show up for it 💕
The quarantine due to coronavirus has left me feeling sad and uncertain, but this yoga practice helped with my first steps to emotional healing.
Here for the same reasons - this quarantine has made me feel so insecure. I'll be going through Adriene's entire yoga for uncertain times playlist in the next few weeks. It's good to see others are looking to yoga too right now.
I am a student at McGill, and lately I’ve been so overwhelmed with working full time to pay for school and studying for finals I have not had the chance to move my body. Today, after getting home late from the library, I put todays April yoga on. I am so pleased I did. At the end, I grinned and lightly tapped my feet on my pillow so I wouldn’t wake my roommates. My body still hurts from sitting all day (everyday) working, but I am feeling a bit less clogged. Glad to know I can tune in here whenever and escape the monotony of work. Happiness and health to everyone who will also do this practice today, or any other day. We are strong!

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that you are brave and definitely not alone in this. Me and a lot of friends are struggling too at the moment due to job losses etc. For now we can't really do anything except stay open, loving and healthy, being accepting and practicing yoga. Just discovered the April Root to Rise three days ago and in an effort to catch up, I did three lessons today. Feeling amazed and grateful in Berlin.
This was a great practise. After all my organs started working in the puppy posture- my yoga shorts felt too restricting so I accepted the change, rolled it down to let my belly peak out and finished the practise. It's a small change i've made and i'm very grateful to Adriene for guiding me through it

I just love, love, love this practice....from the luscious opening sequence all the way through to Benji's downward dog as we end. One of my bucket list items is now to be able to do the foot tap "rain drops" piece in a big space with a large group of happy yogis, relishing in the collective energy and fun of moving our bodies and hearts together!
I felt stuck this morning, so this was great to get me moving and feeling like I'd achieved something. Loved the end when benji just walked off! Diva 😊

Confirmed witchcraft: Adriene releases social anxiety yoga right when my medication change is making my anxiety spike, and then this one when I am really burnt out on job hunting and need to un-drain ready for more change! Exactly what I needed.

This year been a change for everyone - with the pandemic going on, it has made me felt super uneasy with all uncertainties going on. I discovered Adriene's youtube around March, and following your yoga practices has made me found calmness in this chaotic world. Thanks for the videos.

I also discovered Adriene back in March when quarantine and lockdown first started and I honestly don't know how I would be getting through it without her. What a crazy year, but Adriene has made it manageable :)
Same here. I discovered this channel in March. It has kept me sane throughout this crazy and stressful year. I look forward to yoga each day to center me and give me strength and courage to keep pushing through.
I’ve been participating in the March yoga calendar for about a week now, but I jump around on the video days depending on how much time I have. I LOVE it! I do it first thing in the morning and feel so great for my day. I also feel my muscles stretching and strengthening. I love the burn after a good, hard workout, which I get with these yoga videos. Adrienne is calm and relaxing, while throwing in some fun comments and silliness to lighten things! Thank you, Adrienne!!

I've been struggling a lot these past few months. I fell out of all the routines that helped me manage my chronic pain and PTSD symptoms, and it's had its consequences. I'm a full time student with two jobs, without any real support since I live on my own, so I've been stuck in this hazy, lethargic place and it's hurt me in every aspect of my life. Today I slept for 12 hours straight, missed my classes and an important appointment. I got myself to have a smoothie though, and found the will I need to start this practice AND finish it. I'm not really sure where I'd be without these practices as they've been the foundation of my recovery for the past 5 years. Thank you also for being so encouraging, not sure I'd have been able to find the energy to get through the practice and stay present without it. Endless love for everyone else doing these practices. May we all find the strength and grace to get through change.
Recovering from covid (which was easy on me and I'm thankful for that) and now I've been taking it easy for a while. Totally whispered to myself "I am strong" in forearm plank. Nailed it.
