If anyone is reading my comment, all my foot pain is gone in 3 weeks after 3 years of pain with 250 mg. R-ALA (Stabilized R-Alpha Lipoic Acid) & 500 mg. ALC (Acetyl L-Carnitine) that's all! No exercises, no nothing! After three weeks all my pain is gone for good. Try it, it's worth it! Don't stop treatment for 52 weeks! Taking it in the morning on an empty stomach, is very important! You can of course ask your doctor or anyone else if you consider it necessary! Have a nice day and God bless you!

I had a severe sciatica attack almost a year ago. Had to use a walker for a month just to get to the bathroom. Its getting much better after pt, acupuncture. But what really helped the most is a inversion table. Anyway i had lingering symptoms of neuropathy on right side. Discovered that rolling a tennis ball on the bottom my foott is working wonders in just days! Numbness and pins and needles is less than half. Kinda like the same exercise one uses to treat planter fasiitis.

    • @marilynhill3309
      @marilynhill3309 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I had chronic Sciatica back in 2021. It lasted 2 months and left me with damaged nerves in both feet especially my left side. It's very noticeable in bed when l can't sleep!! I'm having an MRI scan of my Lumbar spine on Saturday to see if the protruding disc in my back is still out of place. My Podiatrist said Peripheral Neuropathy can't be cured but manipulation can help..
It's debilitating when painful walking added to osteoarthritis inmy knees and bad balance..
But, hey, l'm just learning to live with these changes in my 70 year old body..😅
Have a good day out there.
      Regards from Scotland..🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😉

Can you make a video about muscle atrophy on quads? I just recently had a relapse on a L4-L5 disc herniation grade 4mm protrusion. I'm going on my 3rd month in. Been doing PT for about 2 months now, recovery is slow. Was just recently told by my therapist that i suffered muscle atrophy on my quads. Is this reversible? Thanks a bunch! Prayers for Bob btw. The nerves in my feet are so bad and the pain level so excruciating that there is NO WAY I could do any of that. I guess that's for folks with mild pain and symptoms. If I walk 10 feet-very gently, with assistance of a cain- it feels like someone is hammering red hot nails in my feet. I'm 55 years old. Not diabetic, but I have a back injury I've lived with almost 20 years. It looks like surgery is my only option. But I appreciate your videos.

Quitting gluten as soon as I developed CRPS is what made the difference for me. No gluten. No CRPS symptoms. Little bit of gluten... CRPS starts to take hold and doesn't quit for weeks. So for me, gluten-free equals no other treatment necessary! 🎉

HiGh Guys What might be some suggestions for my lower 5th Metatarsal. Below the Jones fracture which I may not have. My l/foot is at 30degrees and I feel like i am walking on the tail of the metatarsal. A possible problem is the fact I wear medical grade footwear, the bootmaker has failed to accommodate the ankle foot orthotic. This is where pressure exists. The bootmaker reckons he is unable to scour out the inside of the boot to take up the AFO bulge. Is the bootmaker not thinking straight? Should I not have the 5th Metatarsal
scraped to concentrate on the boot? Cheers Dave

I began to develop walking problems around a year ago, along with a heavy feeling in my head.
Also, around that time, I began losing the feeling in my feet, especially when in bed. My walking
has got worse, and I must look like drunk walking down the street. I tried to run to catch a bus
the other day, but felt like I was running in slow motion. My legs just would not respond. I was
born with Nystagmus, and I have read that this can affect the brain, due to the constant
moving of the eyes. I am diabetic, and under a lot of stress right now, could this be contributing
    factors?

I discovered something tonight .. Ive had neuropathy for 20 years. The only thing that helped me was Tramadol …after retiring I wanted to try to get off some meds. I no longer take Tramadol for pain and doing fine …I have a little discomfort at times but not like I use to. (I have a low pain tolerance) well tonight out of nowhere I got these sharp stabbing electrical shocks in my left foot and it wouldn’t stop. Something told me to put Vicks on the spot and almost instantly it stopped and after a couple of hours still no shocks. I could not believe it and vowed to share this …it’s worth a try and putting on white cotton socks .. I do hope it helps

I will share what CURED MY NEUROPATHY IN MY FEET! For years I had feeling like a red hot poker was being shoved through the bottom of my feet. I watched Dr. Osborne's Complete Crash Course to Vitamin B Defficiency. I learned B1 defficiency makes things worse. I started taking 500mg B1+100mg Magnesium/day. After 2 weeks I was no longer in pain! I have since weened off Gabapentin!!! I also take B12 drops that have Methylcarbalamin, Adenosolcobalamin and Hydroxycobalamin. TRY IT WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE???

I’m 24 and never listened to anyone and ate whatever I wanted. Now I have bad diabetes and high cholesterol and high BP. Lost over 100lbs and started eating better. But sadly the damage was done..
I have excruciating neuropathy in my toes… I can’t sleep most nights because of it. I was prescribed Gabapentin but I had to stop because I was becoming an addict to it.
Moral of the story is eat right and do exercises because I’d give anything to have this pain gone. 😢

You could be low in magnesium, many people are. Lab work can tell for sure. I take Neuro Mag by Life Extensions (the best) and I keep a bottle of magnesium spray at my bedside for occasional cramps. It relieves cramping within a few seconds. Be blessed.

I am starting to wonder if this is my issue, or contributing to my plantar fasciitis pain?
has anyone found that supplementing B12 and B1 helps? or am I just imagining it? I take a B12, and a B complex from standard process and recently ordered a B1 to get a boost there.

    • @7THxSIGN

Be careful. Too much vitamin B and it can cause issues as well. Before treating your levels, get blood work to make sure that is the issue. Long haul COVID-19 can cause peripheral neuropathy in the feet. I am dealing with this.
This video is very misleading as there is no cure for peripheral neuropathy.
