I really need this advice n messages .
Doctor, I'm 78 years old. Not walking stably but walking with walking stick for safety. Must thank God, l can walk. Out side while walking alone or with walking stick, if holding someone's hand, can walk fast but inside the house, when I sit n walk or doing small work, my walking goes slow n have to hold on to something. I hope n pray, following your exercises will improve my walking doctor. I know I'm old. But older than me are stable and by the grace of God walking normally.

Hi Dr, I have terrible leg pain and it’s been increasing over years as I am working from home it’s worsening. 2 weeks back I was just browsing for leg exercises and found this . I tried it immediately with a rubber ball which was at home and was assessing my leg pain amazed coz my pain did not increase much that day . The next day I tried again and I rode to a far away place surprised when I was back home o didn’t conplain about leg pain . Finally got a hard ball and started working out everyday and I can see drastic improvement in my leg pain, skin color lightened for legs and even knee is flexible.
Thank you doctor for such an amazing contribution I have been sharing this with my family friends as well .
Also please share if u have similar exercises for hands with ball .. for blood flow Dr that will be of help too .

Excellent very simple but most effective. I walk daily 4 km but after this excersise I walk upto 6 km easily without any fatigue.. Very good Dr Joshi. It really improves walking..

I want to sit on the floor rather sit on the chair. But I find it difficult when I get up from the floor. Moreover I couldn't sit more than half of an hour, I have to keep changing my sitting position. I hope this excercise will help.
