    I have poor circulation in my left foot from a stroke. In just the short time watching your video I notced the swelling go down as I did the exercises with you. Of all the physical therapists that worked with me, you are the only person that showed me your method. Thank you sir.

      Mine was on the right side. I experienced the same issue. The rehabilitation center just wanted to put me in a pool with 3 to 4 people. I cried almost every session because I didn’t know how to swim. The first two sessions I refused to leave the steps in the pool.

      I don't know if it's a pinched nerve in my neck or somewhere in my body but I have numbness and tingling feeling with pins and needles in my thumb pointer finger and middle finger after I am trying to do something with my finger and my hands, I don't know if it's carpal tunnel I'll wake up in the mornings as well and my three fingers will be numb and tingly, right hand. It has been almost 4 months now of it doing it.

      I am subscribed and I do love these videos and they to give relief and has help motion and regained flexibility back into motion. Especially the neck and shoulder videos for me, I'm trying to see if I have a pinched nerve or pressure somewhere, that makes my fingers go numb after a few mins of trying to do something with my hands, for example me working 2 jobs, I am a project manager and a matenace man. Trying to change out a simple sink faucet my fingers will go numb my thumb pointing finger and middle finger, so I have to stop and shake my hand for a bit until I regain sensitivity and can feel again, IDK know if it's a pinched nerve or what on the neck or shoulder? Or somewhere else?

I just saw that you were dealing with the foot and I’m so happy because so many physicians, physical therapist, even more titled people do not look at the feet as part of the whole person whole body.       Sometimes when u are travelling by car or plane, when crouched in a position and cant move feet freely, one may experienced pins, cramps and numbness. What will you recommend? Exercises may be recommended.

      ​@@DrRoweHello Doc.i had sn xray of my heel that indicated a tiny bone growth which causes pain on stepping on it to walk.I was told its a heel spur. Ice cubes were placed on it plus a few exercises at physio . Still feel d pain now strtched to d ankle bone. Any help?.

    I followed along very helpful- I have turf toe from slamming my feet into ski boots and dirt bike boots growing up. I had a irregular bone growth on my left big toe knuckle ground down that was due to limping from a skiing accident ,shattered femur long ago. best of luck to everybody- keep moving without overdoing it I would say for anyone with old or new injuries, inactivity and a inflammatory diet those thing are bad things.     I had the veins like 40yrs and I m 60yrs and it looks like chillies in my thighs since I started to listen what you are telling us about the exercise within a week I can see a big difference I can not believe because all my sister's and my Mom we have chillies in our thighs my Mom is 89yrs old she can walk and the painful of her legs because of blood circulation and my couldn't believe to see the big difference in my thighs no more chillies.

    Hola from SouthTexas! I injured my foot a few weeks ago running (rolled my ankle) and ended up breaking a bone (I think 5th metatarsal my dr never said which bone but after doing lots of research that is what it must be) and he said they were slow to heal due to low blood flow so I decided to youtube and your video came up! I must say I really felt my muscles working. After work I plan to do these as my foot does not really hurt much and want to speed up the healing process. Thanks for this!

    I love lymphatic drainage. Simple, fast, works. I sometimes only treat where I'm having problems. If it's my left leg that's bothering me, I pay attention to that leg. If I can't get comfortable when I'm laying down, I target the pain. It only takes couple minutes.

    I have some blockage in right leg and some in left, discomfort in heel, toes and arch. My circulation has improved with some supplements I have been taking that help to open the veins. Also I do the ball exercise,but use the dryer ball that has very short spikes, and some of the others you demonstrated. I have been able to walk further, walk every day. My foot problem is intermittent. Doctor said when I feel pain when walking to try to keep walking until I can’t continue. I do that and sometimes the tightness eases. I do some foot exercises before getting out of bed. Important to work on balance as well. I’m 88 and going strong. I have 2 siblings in their late 90’s and one just turned 100. There is hope for me yet.

I would like to know if in future videos you could do a review on what kind of footwear you recommend when choosing or using, from shoes for sports, normal day to day wear and even flip-flops and sandals, to take care of our feet.

    Thank you so much for your chips and advice. I have my ankle and heel bone connected when I was 18 due to a pretty aggressive arthritis. I have lost mobility ever since it has dwindled more and more and these tips were so helpful for circulation and for the fact that I just mean mobility and my ankle, I would love for some more videos like this or if you have any of the past, maybe I can find them

    I also love your channel. I've discovered several exercises from you that have been Godsends and I mean that literally. I dont know how you believe, whether or not you know Jesus, but you are definitely doing His work. I cant wait to get a ball of some kind to try these. And I am trying the other ones. My feet seem fine until I stand or even walk for more than 15-20 minutes. Then they start going numb from the little toes out.
    I have been diagnosed with DDD in l 3,4,5, and s 1,2. I was having a problem with my ankle feeling like I sprained it, but nothing had happened to it. When I went to the podiatrist, he looked at the X-rays and couldn't find anything, so he asked me if I had back problems. I said yes and he asked if it was l 4, 5. Once I confirmed that, he told me that was what was causing my ankle pain, but he couldn't tell me anything to fix it. Maybe you can give me some advice on this. Or do a video on the external things caused by DDD. or, do you already have some like that?

    Awesome video doctor- I am a waiter for more then 25 and my ankles and toes are kinda aching and hurting in special after I work every week about 50 hours…
    After I did your exercises from your video- my ankles and toes are feeling much much better.

    I love all your videos and keep them coming you might want to send a few more out about the neck and upper shoulder area were were a woman's bra strap might be that that came is a big problem I know there's a lot of women in my area I thought about it and they found it very interesting but I'm not sure if I'm getting it all right so if you've done it again that would be great cuz I kind of lost the video

    Your exercise is good.But this Brooklyn resident who has retired from working for 42 years for the government in the mailroom for Workers Compensation has the problem of having had a knee operation in January 2020 for a slip and fall incident on a subway platform coming home from work on December 9,2019.I had a Patella Tendon Rupture operation on 2020.
    I think your videos are easy to follow and that you are a nice guy.
