Yes we can do yoga for more than 15 minutes. Start with 15 minutes and increase up to 30 minutes slowly. Then after a month you can increase to 45 minutes also. But practice only as much your body allows. Never force yourself to do more. You may practice pranayama also for 15 minutes daily.
Agar koi growing age k hain to wo spine ko stretch karne wali exercises kr sakte hain...tadasan, vrikshasan, adho mukh svanasan, bhujangasan, uttanasan Par height badhana humare haath mei nahi hota....ye sab genetic hota hai
