What? Do you think Low-Impact is done only when you have "no motivation"??? Some people physically can't do HIIT or they don't need to, and Low-Impact is perfect for us, doesn't mean we have "no motivation"!!!
@@yevgeniyaleshchenko849i felt the same as the original commenter but i assumed the last part to have more to do with time. it's recommended to do at least 30min of cardio 5x/week which i've never been able to achieve. i do exclusively low-impact workouts and once in awhile i can do 30 minutes, but 15-minute workouts like these are great for low motivation because 15 minutes is much more doable and less daunting!
I would be lying to you if I said I wasn't cursing the entire time, but it's a great workout. I didn't expect all of my muscles to be worked. Helps me with my weak points. Thank you
I managed to squeeze in this fantastic quick workout during my work hours instead of idly scrolling through random content. I burned 132 calories - pretty impressive! Now, I no longer feel guilty about skipping exercise today. Thanks a lot @fitbymik, for sharing these fantastic videos!
I have bad knees and sit at a desk all day. I bike and swim for cardio but this is great during the workday to get out of my seat for a quick work out! Small space friendly as well.

ok that was a really long 15 minutes but as someone with intense cardio fear, i did finish it lol. my heart was fast but still sow enough to keep me going and no jumping! i hate jumps lol. 10/10 workout
I hate cardio, so I love low impact and no repeat! Thank you! I did notice, however, that the cool down you have linked does use a mat. I’m just not the person who is going to take out a mat for a cool down if my main workout was all standing. Just a thought…

I’m gonna try and do this everyday till end of this month im also doing this with other workouts and im in a calorie defecit SW: 92,45KG Day 1✅ I loved this workout it was easy and im sweating 😫😂 but I felt the burn tho Day 2✅ today was good it was easier than last time plus I lost 1 kg omg !! So my weight is now 91,85kg Day3❌ didn’t do it guys sorry I was so tired today I did do my other workouts tho
