- Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH x PILATES WORKOUT for a full body routine. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 8 LB weights. I've also included a quick warm up and cool down. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

This was the perfect workout! The weights were challenging but protected my shoulders, the moves were unique (not the same 'ol boring ones), the modifications were perfect, I even got a bit of cardio in, I love that warm up and cooldown are included, and as always, your cheerful yet calm demeanor really makes your videos my favorite! This was a creative and well rounded workout that I will definitely do again. I appreciate that the music isn't over-bearing as that can get annoying. (Am I the only one who would prefer no music at all so I can just play my own tunes while still hearing your instructions and count down?) Thanks for the workout!

Hello Mik! I have been loving your workouts during pregnancy! Cardio, HIIT, and strength training! If would be helpful to have some more modifications in general when you do exercises from the belly. Some of the sessions have leg lifts from the belly - I dont think this one did though! Thank you again for the amazing workouts and love for mental and physical health!
This was awesome. I had previously done the 25 min DUMBBELL x PILATES video and it was too easy but this time I really felt like I put in the work giving me that endorphin kick that I crave.

So good to have the inclusion of warm up and cool down (with stretches lasting more than a few seconds). At times i felt I would have needed more details, for example about proper alignment of hips (square or open) or positioning of feet (flexed or pointed). But all in all a great workout.

i love this workout. I love the combination of toning with pilates and a touch of cardio. My entire body feels toned, and I did the modifications which were still challenging. At 66, I don't want to risk more back and shoulder pain. This was perfect.
