    Just added this to my faves. A great all rounder except I can't do burpees very well so I squat/lunge jump instead. Like the side planks at the end too. As an older bird (46) new to this exercise malarkey, doing these hiits 4-5 times a week has improved my core, legs & arms immensely in just a few weeks. So thank you.

    40 second work / 20 second test
    Run on spot
    Ab stretch crunch
    Mountain climbers
    Single leg bicycle crunches
    Up-down plank
    Burpees
    Repeat 3 times

    I must have done this one a while ago, I won’t leave so long to do it again. I enjoyed it, there’s a good mix of moves. The side planks at the end were a killer! Your workouts are amazing, thanks Joe x

    For a tougher cardio finisher I do 2 extra running on the spot for 40 secs. Hard after the burpees! Loving the work outs!

    Wasn't able to perform on 100% the exercises, as i was off training for four days, then i thought would give this a go half an hour ago ... now i got sweat all over ! Thanks Joe !

    i know this may sound too much to ask, but can you make a video of 20 or more minutes (cardio and core) with 20 or more different moves. i have a big problem with finishing the first round and then going to do the same round once again, its not that i get tired, its just, hard to explain, i get "mentally tired" idk, if that is a thing.

      Try the Niagara Falls one or the bondi beach hit. They're 20 and 15 different exercises every minute. Keeps you guessing and going til the end 😁

    Awesome video. I have a question regarding side plank.Whenever I do them, my back muscles hurt, and not stomach muscle. Is this normal? I have been doing these for a while on your Abs work out and it still hurts my lower back. Please can you help? Millie. :)

      Try supporting your lower back by doing this with your hands under your bum and gradually move them out as you become stronger

      may be some muscle tissue problem... i had spasm in my front quad near the knee coming from nowhere but it cleared off after few days ...
