These workouts are amazing during the summer holidays where I’m not working so much (dance teacher) and I can’t get out for a run coz the kids are off school! Done and dusted before breakfast! Loved this one!

Hi Joe! Love your workouts! I’m recovering from breast cancer and am desperately trying to get strong, lean and healthy before my reconstruction surgery in December. I’ve had a mastectomy and axillary clearance so I can’t use my left arm to carry any weight at all, so the press ups, plank, burpees, mountain-climbers etc are no-gos due to high risk of lymphedema. Would it be possible for you to do a beginner’s HIIT without these kind of exercises please? I’m sure there must be plenty of people in a similar position to me. I’ve been doing the same workout over and over because every time I try a different, low impact or other one, there are floor exercises I can’t do so I have to resort to one of the exercises from the only workout I can do. I’ve just done a video with 8 exercises, where I couldn’t do 6 of them 😔 but I made it up as I went along. I’d love a few workout ideas from you instead of me repeating the same old, same old! Thank you!, 😍🤗😊

There are only 2 exercises I wouldn’t be able to do from this one (the press ups and the other floor one) but the ratio is great and I can replace those two with others I already know from the Ultimate Beginners HIIT Workout which is my “go to” one! 👍😃 Thanks again!

Doing this on holiday on the balcony on the morning sweating buckets I do double this workout in the gym but it's air conditioning so much harder without it .
This one is so tough on the upper body, compared to other similar Joe Wicks HIIT workouts I do. The legs and abs moves feel like taking a break in comparison. This probably means it's helping me build upper body muscle, so I guess I'll keep at it. :)

Hey, Are you able to do more triceps HITT work outs? People seem to forget this muscle to be just as important to helping with strength.
