Iv done that 2 days and the second time is still a beast I love how hard you push people but how great I feel at the end I always feel if joe can do it and compete it I can you give me massive motivation I have autism and a sleep disorder so you really help me with my mental health thank you so much I appreciate everything you do big respect to you

How many times should this be done a day or week? For weight loss I’m diabetic and trying to loose weight. But I’m big and do no exercise currently so what would best suit my none existent fitness level to start with would this be on?
