    I confess that I didn't think that doing this "guy's workout" would help me see any difference......but after 2 weeks of doing this I've noticed my breasts seem to have more volume and feel and look less deflated. Going to continue this workout and will be doing others of your workouts. Thank you! ✌💜

      It's good for pecs on men...lose fat & gain muscle and I'm sure it will reverse a concave chest too. Good for men and women.

    This is so insane, I just started working out with weight to gain weight (I’m underweight from iron mal absorption anemia) and I was wondering if is some type of exercise to help with sagging breast, open TH-cam and your video is in my recommendation 🙌🏾. Be Blessed

    Breast tissue has different composition on different women. There are varying degrees of density. Also, breast feeding will have an impact on the resulting tissue as well. However, the underlying musculature can always be toned. Great tutorial.

    Hate to tell y'all, this WILL tone chest muscles, but will not lift your breasts. The ligaments that give them shape stretch with age and hormones. Every child we have, weight changes, menopause, all of it (along with gravity) causes breasts to sag. The only "fix" is surgical or a really good bra.

    Great eye candy!😍Look at his body! He knows what he’s talking about! Great video because there’s no jibber jabber and he stays with you for all the exercises 👍 If you’re advanced, skip the rests. I modified the push-ups to kitchen counter. If you’re out of shape- you’ll appreciate the rests! New subscriber here + the music pumps you up!

    I lift weights and very quickly also noticed significant improvement in my breasts. Honestly its like a free boob job. I guess technically you have muscle in your pecs so when you're lifting weights, you build muscles in the area as well. Anyway, I wanted to pop in and let yall know its not some scam lol. It actually works.

      When I lost the weight, I lost the boobs and the butt, I know how to get the butt back (glute exercises), but the boobs I didn’t know fully…hope this works!!!

    I love the music and It helps me to concentrate on the exercise and not give up! I couldn’t do the floor exercise that one it’s too difficult for me because am obese 🥺

    EXCELLENT tutorial! Clearly demonstrates all muscles being engaging with breath and ‘time under tension’, coupled with peck-focus. One can turn 2 lbs of torque into 20 or more when applying flexion and breathing. High value video with strong additional elements. BRAVO to you! Keep it up.

    Thank u for thinking of us ❤!! Will be doing them and one tip.. My mom always told me to wear a bra when at home even IF by myself at home will on the pandemic I stopped using a bra when I was at home an boy my breasts went saggy 😭!! I used to even sleep with a training bra at nights and completely stop everything and Now I REGRET IT!! As for the guys on the Stanfield show they came up with the menbra ..That's a great Idea I think Cuz overwheigh or older guys start having saggy chests!

    I started working out modestly when I was 13. Although most of your exercises are great, anything related to the butterfly chest exercise is going to burn the natural fat in the breast. From experience, a bench press with low weight and low reps will strengthen and lift the pecs without burning the breast fat, which is what makes us women voluptuous. Also, forward arm lift can really benefit by just holding soup cans. Don't burn your breast fat, Ladies! Just thought I'd share. 💕 You're hot, BTW! ☺️
