    But challenging enough even seated, I worked up a good sweat keeping up with you. Thank you so much.
    Jules' workouts = intelligently put together exercises, great music, aesthetic backdrops, a FABULOUS instructor, who is most empathetic, gently motivating...one who listens to each one of us and spends time making videos that will make a positive impact on us , including every one of our requests/needs....NO ONE does it better!!!! And, yes..her calm,soothing unhurried instructions🥰..Bless you, Jules 🙏

    i’m only 22 but unable to do most exercises due to a medical condition- you are a complete lifesaver! i love this one because i grew up with my grandparents and this music reminds me of them! thank you!!

      Thanks Mary. I create the copyrighted music videos when I can. It's always a bit complicated since the videos can get blocked by YT, plus any income from these videos goes to the music companies, not myself. I create them occasionally, but I wouldn't be able to create them all the time. I totally understand how it's nice to have music that is familiar, though.

    This is a great workout for my 87 year old mother. She is unable to do the standing exercises so this one seated with great music kept her motivated. She loved it. It’s at the top of her exercise playlist.

    Thank you Jules for this! I've been following you since the lockdown years 2021. 2 weeks ago I was going through my 3rd week of the 7day weight loss program(intermediate). But alas, I had a severe attack of vertigo, and was advised to slow down. Now I'm so happy to follow your seated exercises and the gentle-beginner level is great! I need to move but be more careful though. Seated movements work for this senior here! Forever grateful! God bless you!

    Just want to say a big Thank you! I'm 50 year old with bad knees who loves music! So just Love your workouts with music, it doesn't feel like a workout. I was doing your standing workouts 3 times a week until last week i had a knee replacement, so lots of resting and physio but missed the buzz of a workout. So just completed this without using the operated leg and feeling good. Thank you once again for an amazing selection of workouts. 💪😊

Kudos to you for finding a way to exercise again while allowing your operated knee time to heal.       I find longer than 45 minutes don't do well since most people find them too long. But, I do plan to create a few longer ones in the next few months. Are you looking for longer seated or standing workouts?

    This was short and sweet. Great music.. I'm supposed to do 30 minutes of cardio each day. I can add this to the 20 minute cardio I've already been doing.

    I thought I had commented after every video. Guess not for this one. I haven't done it for a while but decided to add it on to the 30 minute senior workout. Just kinda fun to listen to old favorites. It's worth about 300 strps per my Samsung smartwatch.

    I'm 77 and need an easy, quick exercise routine and this fits the bill! My blood sugar is a little high and a few minutes of exercise bring it down to normal range, to that's a benefit, too!

    Oh my! We haven’t done this seated version before. To me, it’s so much harder than the standing version (which I’m sure is better, because I really could feel the “pull” in my abs on a lot of the moves)
    I struggle with picking my leg up very high while sitting.
    This was a great workout for me!!!

    Just found this. I really enjoy your seated exercising. I have Wychwood arthritis and I have Lambert Eaton myaesthenic syndrome.
    Plus, I just fell, broke her femur and hip. I’m only 77 and I really need to move and I have trouble walking thank you.

    Ok! Got a smart tv. Discovered your channel. Now, my 93 year old mom has a really, really good excercise routine. While she can't walk, she can still do upper and lower workout. Other videos we have tried were very doable but not enough of a challenge in building strength and range of motion. Your videos are encouraging and helpful in getting her otherwise sedentary body moving. Just want to offer appreciation in helping me to keep my elderly Mom in life. So, thank you.

      Hi and welcome to my channel! You're here, you've started and you can do this! One day at a time, Rhonda. My suggestion is to be kind to yourself, do what you can, and ideally try to fit in a workout EVERY day. By working out each day you'll form a habit with exercising and before you know it, you'll start losing weight. Also, if you can, try to focus on how you feel, rather than what the scale shows. And, keep going! Over time, try to add on another workout later in the day after dinner to lower your blood sugars which will help with weight loss, too. I'm so glad you're here and I hope you'll share your progress with me down the road.     I tried this video after sitting all day nursing a meniscus tear in my right knee. It was incredibly helpful, no pain at all and I felt so energised afterwards. The stiffness in my knee has eased a lot. Thank you!

      If you find this one too fast, you'll find lots in the 'gentle level' seated playlists. Those ones are great for starting out and before you know it, you'll be able to do this one. Alternatively, just follow along and go at your own pace. Kudos to you for being determined and for coming back again tomorrow.💪
