Am out of puff now and definitely a difference in mobility in right shoulder and knee. Not pain, just the joints don't work properly for some reason. Left side fully mobile, which is interesting because two year ago after a fall had cracked patella and fractured wrist which were both in splints for several weeks
Just try to stay consistent with your exercises you will notice the difference in a few weeks (everyone is different). If anything is painful just skip to the next exercise.
I would recommend if you have one a stationary bike with low resistance. (Increasing as it gets easier) then assuming the knee is okay to move walking is great. And some low resistance exercises. Such as leg extensions and lying down straight leg lifts (trying to strengthen the muscles around the knee to offer better support)
Thanks a lot dear Tom. Initially it looked like very easy exercise. Yes it was easy but extremely impactful. My calf's are still burning. My thigh muscles felt impacted. Please how can over 67 years old woman restore lost muscles?
