    Nice video, it's fun to note that some set ups put your own players on the sidelines ready to be pushed off themselves :) Be careful out there on the pitch.

      @@nufflesplaybook9473 I will throw out some ideas: How to finish the turn with a frenzy trap. How to set up other specific plays (such as a pass). How protect against frenzy while sending your ball carrier up the side. Just some thoughts. I really like the way you explained a concept and gave some in-game examples. I am now looking for those situations when I play.

      @@nufflesplaybook9473 Hey, one very fondamental concept of BB that you could cover (and that is not discussed often) is when should I mark players, when should I dodge away from their marking, and when should I either stay in or out of opponents marking. depending on the match up, who has the ball and what are the situation on the pitch, the answer, as you know, varies a lot.
      When to pass (and how and to who) is also an interessing topic.
      Also I imagine a "standard drive" series where you show how each team should handle their drive, in defense and in offense. As you know, the most frequent comment we give to newbies is : you play your high elf team like a chaos team ! you play your orc team like a skaven team ! so, maybe let's show roughly how these teams are meant to be played ?

    I love your videos so far. But I'm just a beginner and I could really use your skills in knowing what some of the key terms and tactics are. You mention an "uphill block" in one of your videos, for instance. It seems key but I'm ot sure what the uphill means? Things like tha would make a great video for newbies like me.

    • @Tylerjstratton
      @Tylerjstratton 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Uphill block is when you have a lower strength then the person you're blocking. So you must roll two dice and the opponent gets to choose which dice is used.

    What about the grab skill how does it work with crowd surfing

    • @Tylerjstratton
      @Tylerjstratton 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Grab: "When this player performs a Block action (on its own or as part of a Blitz action), using this Skill prevents the target of the Block action from using the Side Step skill. Additionally, when this player performs a Block Action on its own (but not as part of a Blitz action), if the target is pushed back, this player may choose any unoccupied square adjacent to the target to push that player into. If there are no unoccupied squares, this Skill cannot be used. A player with this Skill cannot also have the Frenzy skill."
      Since a square off the board isn't an "unoccupied" square you cannot chose to grab them to there. So it doesn't work at all to crowd surf directly. The only way to use it would be to grab someone and put them next to the sideline when normally they wouldn't have gone there, then use someone else to push them out.

      Yeah the counter surf is always an issue. It can be protected by putting one of your own guys just infield of your guy in danger.
