Well thank you very much for the comments, I really appreciate them. I'm just passing on all of the things I've learned over the past few years and Blood Bowl is one of those games where you never stop learning.
Really helpful video, I've seen lots of videos where they describe the skill but don't give examples of what what it's used for. I've a much better idea now how they should be played. Cheers! :)
Your more than welcome, I remember how hard it was at the first tournament I went to being exposed to so many new skills all at once, especially since they were not covered in the 2016 rules.

Hi Michael, thanks for the praise, you can use all of your skills when you are being knocked down such as fend, sidestep, stand firm and safe pair of hands as these are all part of the block action. Hope that helps and sorry I didn’t get a reply to you sooner.
I've been playing for a few months now and haven't experimented to much with the skills I take becuase I've never fully understood them all. This is a really useful guide and will be especially helpful when running into some of the skills that you don't see as often. Do we know if BB3 will follow the new tabletop rules and have these new skills?
Hi, according to all of the rumours and the press releases bb3 will be an exact copy of the new table top rules. It’s launching with 12 teams and extras will be coming as DLC down the line. As to extra features like stadium upgrades that are in bb2 but not in tabletop nothing has been said yet but I will be covering the bb3 beta when it launches early next year.
