    Don’t let the low impact and 20 min timeframe fool you. This is a sweaty and challenging workout. Loved it. Great add on!!

    Too much squats and kneeling for sore knees and extra weight! I have an impression that these excercises developed to damage even more!

    Added this as a finisher to one of your other 40 minute no jumping workouts - I was waaaayyy too confident lol this kicked my butt!!! I am shaking all over

    One of my favourite things about Anna’s workouts is that she includes the breaks as part of the workout!! It makes me so happy for some reason 😂

    TYSM! My mom has been complaining abt my usual HIIT routine, because there's a lot of loud noises and jumping, and there were no complaints this time! Loved this workout, really gave me a GOOD sweat and burn in my legs! Love this, would def recommend if you want a quiet, but very effective HIIT workout!
