    I LOVE that you guys include a mini warm up and cool down in some of your videos. As a teacher and a mom, I find myself crunched for time and with a million reasons NOT to work out. Thank you also for the NO TALKING during the workout. I hate when I have to keep wondering what people were saying when I'm trying to get swole! 😂😂😂😂

    What I really love about your workouts is the very clear set up, articulation of what weights you’re using (or not), and exactly what we can expect. The music is great, there’s no chatter, just really great solid workouts. You make it look simple and easy, which I’m sure it takes a tremendous amount of work.     Your videos are amazing. The format is so simple and clear. The beeps that indicate moving to the next set don't require looking at the screen the whole time. These are the best follow-along exercise videos I have seen.

    I have had these for several weeks th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    I have been doing this and your 20 min upper body strength workout alternatively and this is the first time I have done it without any break , it’s been 17 days with 3 days gap in between, thanks guys

      You can also do the video twice, I did this making it approximately 50 min since I skipped the warm up the second time around.

    Oh yeah, I did it! Had just finished a 30-minute full body dumbell workout, which doesn't seem to be enough anymore (need heavier weights). Instead of finding another video, I did what auto played next one. This! I've been avoiding HIIT because I don't want to bother my neighbors under me, but I figured out a way to modify it. The doors have opened to so many more workout possibilities. Man, I am glad I found your channel right off the bat in my journey to strength. Usuall, I am picking all over TH-cam to find stuff (Yoga, really). This is my first time doing strength training at home with TH-cam. I'm digging it. Thanks for the workouts!

    Did this workout yesterday and I’m feeeeeling it today! My legs and but felt like jelly!!! That’s how I know this was a great workout. Will be adding this to my weekly workout schedule and will keep adding weights gradually! Definitely a great starter workout but ways to make it more advanced.

    I hurt my back a bit ago, this workout was great, just the right length, stable exercises, had to ditch the weights but if you are careful it’s super back friendly, I was so depressed to be sidelined but so hyped now, thanks!

    Checking in late 😬! Week 2 Day 2: I was completely wipe out yesterday after taking care of a sick kid. I missed yesterday 😩. But I'm completed this for today and moving on to Tuesday's workout. Getting back on track.

    Week 2 Day 1! Did this video with 10lb dumbbells, although for a couple exercises dropped down to one dumbbell when I felt like my form would've been sacrificed for the extra weight. Made sure to activate my core every time I felt some pulling in my back. Loooved doing the Glute Bridge Jackknife and feeling my outer glutes activate!

    Absolutely loved this found you guys yesterday after doing 18 mths working out after covid with you tube routines. Love that we don’t have to come off the workout to find a warm up or warm down & that there is a alternative if u can’t do it with weights and love that it shows u which part of ur body ur working brilliant 🤩 Gonna stick with u guys and also carry on my 50 day iron programme 😊

    Week 4 day 1 completed!!!! love the video definitely see improvemnent,, had to make some modifications on the lunges my legs are feeling the workouts!!! Love the way you show the next exercise in the corner too before its time to switch, I've done other videos and they wait to the final second then you waste time trying to figure out how to do it!!! Again nice job guys keep up the good work....

    Week 2, Day 1 [31/10/22]; Workout completed + 10 min stretch!
    Last week I refused to use dumbells despite being consistent, but today I said why not? Gonna be honest, I didn´t use them in every exercise and still, it was challenging and recomforting. Excited about tomorrow!
    And as this week's focus also on food, I've been eating fruits, drinking more water, and rejecting all those -let´s eat in a restaurant- plans because I´ve noticed home food is better for my body so I brought lunch to college :).
    NOTE: We made it through week 1; we can make it through week 2. Don´t give up!

    Week 2 day 1 off to a great start, I am such a goof I didn't even realize last week the other videos when it said "finish with these" so this week I started with 8 min abs and the body finisher workout.... geesh by the end I needed to stretch!!! Keep em' coming im on track now and started slamming water, I'm not a big water drinker so all kinds of changes!!!

    I really enjoyed this format. The workout flew by. I love the warmups and cooldowns. Truthfully felt some resistance to working out this morning but the shorter length got me through. I just tell myself to do the warmup and then you can quit but I never do. Haha I’m so easy to trick.

    Would you guys be able to do a vid on how beginners could create a program for themselves🗒?
    Like how to include your videos in our own workout program and/or ways to split up the week into upper/lower/full push/pull days. I’d like to get more consistent with my workouts (instead of just doing random workouts here and there) and I think creating a weekly scheduled program would be a great vid idea to hear ur advice ‼️‼️

    Great workout but I definitely felt the need to add on at the end. I used the dumbbell but could probably have gone heavier. The challenge is great and every evening I’m looking to see what’s in store for the next day.

    Starting Week 2 with a good lower body pump! Legs and abs burning but happy to see my consistency in this challenge!

    Day 2: since day 1 is the upper body vids damn half way my legs feels like jelly need to stops like half way for 1-2 mins every 2 exercise. And some of it i even need to hold on something.
    Day 4: using the toned down modif the whole way. Managed to have less rest for sure. Still having trouble on one leg stuffs like lunges and back lunge thing. Lets see how it is on day 8 since i will take 2 days off for abs focus and day 7 is on the upperbody dumbell stuffs. And decided to see if i need to change to PPL mode after a month test
    Day 6: took 1 more minute break in total outside of the one showed in video which is on the 31 percent mark and 50% i hope i can get used to this within day 8 or 10
    Day 8: still add some like 30 sec break but just once. At the 2nd set breaks. Definitely improving.
    Apr 7: leg day is still tough about the same as the previous run.
    Apr 10. I still have problem with lunges and its variations. But the others starting to get manageable
    Apr 22 2024: still doing this twice a week since last updates. Around 3 weeks in total.
    Lunges are getting better. Took 0 rest outside from the videos designed timer. Definitely improved. I dont think i will at weight anytime soon since my legs still shaky after exercise tho not as much as it was.
    7th may: i get more reps on lunges and starting to try the juice version without weight. I did not think i'd be able to do it tbh. May be will add weight after another month.
    23th may still doin this twice a week starting to adapt with juice ver without dumbells.
