    I have had these for several weeks th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    Week 4 Day 2: I was able to complete this workout with my set of 20 and 15lb. weights. Those iso holds are 🔥 🔥. Definitely feeling stronger after this one. I love that this workout is short, but very effective. You can really feel that great burn and pump at the same time.

    Week 4 Day 2: This morning I gave MORE with 1/4 workouts completed. I could not pass this one up after completing yesterday’s Lower Body Dumbbell Workout. I used two 5 lbs weights and one 10 lbs weight when possible. The Push-Ups were the most challenging without the modification, so I spent MORE time working on them tonight. The finishing goal today is MORE stretches. FINISH STRONG! 🤗

    I just finished the upper body workout and my arms feel like jello 🥲

      Always remember, when it comes to fitness; health. You have to be long suffering and sacrifice much, including being uncomfortable. Those extra 5 or 10 mins can make you more disciplined and get you the results you desire. If we can watch a three hours long movie or series on tv. We can muster at least twenty or thirty mins to condition our bodies. Stay positive and many blessings on your journey.

      Honestly same. Anything small that I can do to enjoy a workout just a bit more (slightly/much slower reps/ skipping a hated exercise/ shortening it slightly) just makes me love my life a whole bunch more

    I did the 15 minute and then did the suggested “Finish with This” 10 minute upper body burnout. Great combination and really worked chest, arms, shoulders & back. The biggest challenge I run into is finding exercises to substitute for overhead and flys since they cause problems with existing shoulder issues. Regardless, FEELING THE BURN!

    Week 2, Day 2&3 (I'm gonna double up; I've been and still am sick: Surprisingly for me, I was able to complete it being sick and all. Although it did kick my but and I had to take a quick rest a couple of times, I managed to finish and use the dumbbells the whole workout. Thanks for the motivation to start working out again!     I am a new Subscriber - I am a 50 YOF (POC). I want to encourage Y'all ( yes - I am a southerner) to continue to make videos. I think it is important that POCs see other POCs working out and living a " healthier" lifestyle. One suggestion - a lot of people new to working out need more verbal encouragement; such, as encouraging words during the workout to say positive and strong and they can complete the workout. I am also glad and encouraged to continue with strength training since I found Y'all's channel.

    this was sooo good! easier than I expected, also realized that I might increase the weights as my current dumbbells felt too light for this 😅

    I’ve had 3 c sections my last was July 20,2021. Since then I’ve been doing your videos and lost half my size I haven’t lost much on the scale but I look completely different. Now I am about to have a pullenectomy (skin removal) and scar revision to remove the excess skin hanging over. My surgery is next Wednesday. I’ve been working out 7 days a week. 5 days of strength training for an hour walking for 30 min. Now I have to stop and recover from the surgery any tips on getting back into it after a possible 6 week long hiatus? I’m anxious about losing muscle losing motivation

    Love your workout videos. I workout at home therefore, your videos are perfect. I learned a lot of new exercises and warm up stretches from your videos that I apply for my exercise on chairs with my seniors at the residence where I work .
    I enjoy that you start off your workouts with warms ups and also end with a cool downs... every other workout videos online should so the same.
    I just wanted to mention that in the (15 Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength Training]) when you indicate the weights that you will be using for the workout, we do not see the writing due to the white on white walls with the white font.

    Week 4 day 2: push-ups double as my most and least favorite workout. I honestly hate them but I also love seeing my progress especially coming from barely being able to do one! My next goal will to be able to do the isometric hold push-up hold for the full 15 seconds because I couldn’t make it this time😂 but I love the journey!

    I had every excuse and now I'm struggling to type this I went hard and did this twice. I will admit I can't do push-ups or floor dips but I tried. I did my pushups on my knees but not sure how to get better at dips other than continue doing them. any suggestions? thank you guys :)

    I'm a total newbie to working out with weights (so far only using 2kg) but I'm loving it because it somehow feels less challenging than a lot of body weight exercises that make me suffer 😅
    But I feel like whenever I do exercises where you're holding just one dumbell with both hands, I always hold it more with one of them and I'm not sure how to properly distribute the weight evenly.
