Viv: such a nice video. I had to adjust for the bridge and bird dog exercises. It's not easy getting up and down from the floor in pace with the video. Where is Mr. Muscle? Another reason why it's getting difficult to stay consistent is that I am not sure if I am getting result in my body. I do feel confident though. Or maybe I'm just searching for a reason to allow myself not to work out.
