    I've been doing your workouts for about 6 months. I've accomplished my weight loss goal, and ya'll helped me so much! I woke up this morning with no motivation to work out. I opened youtube, and this was the first thing that popped up. Just what I needed today! Absolutely loved it! THANK YOU

    This 70 year old woman enjoyed this one. So good, I love that the steps are easy to follow and can be modified. Got my heart rate up and just about long enough for me! Thank you!

    By far the best QUALITY cardio anyone can fit in the shortest amount of time. Whoever syncs the music to the exercises is a genius! I felt empowered, strong, and energized. This is one of my go-to-favorites! Thank yall for blessing us with another great one!

    I just had to thank you!! This is the first time I've completed a workout! I'm so out of shape and been looking for an easy start workout when I stumbled on to this, first time I tried it I could only do half the work out, but today I had just finished the full on work and actually enjoyed it! Even tho I have zero rhythm and have struggled to keep to the beat at times, I kept going😅

    This is my FAVORITE workout. I think I have done it now 7 times. Please please please do more like this. I love the 50 seconds on 10 seconds off. I love the beats. You guys rock- thank you for this amazing workout! I love it! My physical energy has gone up 30% since starting these HIIT workouts. God bless!

    Workouts are always different, attainable, and fun!
    I was traveling, and the hotel that I was staying at was remodeling their fitness room, so I found this exercise that worked for my living arrangement, and I was still able to break a sweat.

    This was pure 🔥🔥🔥! I was LOOKING for those modifications in the beginning - but I'm glad they weren't there, my body needed the challenge. I did have to take a quick break but this workout was just what I needed. Your energy gives me energy. I love looking through old and new videos to see what I can get into for the week.     Nice WORKOUT, We did it three times with 10 minute rest between. It took 10 more minutes to get up off the floor and thumb up.
