I watched the video on tinnitus about a week ago. Yesterday I woke up and had the running in my right ear. I remembered the video and thought “let’s give it a try”! I followed the instructions from memory and after 8 pulls the ringing stopped ! So happy for the doc and me that it works!!

I've had Meniere's disease for about 4 yrs now with constant nonstop tinnitus. As of the last few months the ringing has been the worst, to the point I couldn't hear at all out of my right ear. The ringing is so loud it's truly driving me crazy. I watched this video and the exercise of using your index finger to flick at the back of your head helped so so much. It hasn't completely stopped but it's certainly much quieter. I'm sitting in tears that for a moment in 4 yrs my life seems so much quieter. Thank you for this blessing ♡

3:12 - To add to this exercise I also tried placing my thumbs on the tragus on both ears, gently pushed them inward blocking yr ear canals, (essentially the same thing he does with his palms, just with yr thumbs) & moving them counter clockwise while hearing/ feeling a “popping” sound/ sensation, in conjunction with his exercise has really made a significant impact of relief of the ringing noise! It was almost euphoric I might add. I could see how most people would automatically assume this is all “gimmicky”, & while it doesn’t provide a “long term” solution, it does provide a significant amount of relief! Especially when yr ear has been ringing for a few days, receiving even a few minutes of relief is worth it 110%‼️

I'm 62 and have suffered with tinnitus for some time and now wear hearing aids. Recently I've had a whooshing wind sound particularly in one ear which is so annoying. I tried the click finger exercise on the back of my head and couldn't believe that it stopped right away. I have to repeat during the day but for 30 seconds of doing it's worth a few hours relief. I'm now keen to try the other exercises to see if they help too, many thanks 😀

Day 1 of practicing this. I have done my research, I need more sleep and less AirPod usage. I find the first exercise most effective so I’ll be doing it every day until it’s gone. Thank you for this video
