Just wanted to say that I had tinnitus for a month or so, and then it disappeared. I remember watching this video my first week and feeling very scared that it would not go away, but it did. Just saying, in case anyone is feeling nervous about it out there! My best advice is to try to distract yourself from the sound and try to relax when you hear it. Now I don’t hear it anymore.

I've had Meniere's disease for about 4 yrs now with constant nonstop tinnitus. As of the last few months the ringing has been the worst, to the point I couldn't hear at all out of my right ear. The ringing is so loud it's truly driving me crazy. I watched this video and the exercise of using your index finger to flick at the back of your head helped so so much. It hasn't completely stopped but it's certainly much quieter. I'm sitting in tears that for a moment in 4 yrs my life seems so much quieter. Thank you for this blessing ♡

I cannot thank you enough. I have a conductive hearing loss ( otosclerosis ) and mild scoliosis in my neck and as a musician I struggle so much with hearing loss and tinnitus. Sometimes the white noise is more like a torrent. What I learned from you today is so relieving and invaluable. I believe you have taught me something that will change my life. I don't expect that it will go away if your are born this way however having the tools to help to manage it goes such a long way and not for one second did I realise that some exercises could help me calm the storm.... thank you so much.

This might be unrealistic, but I'd appreciate you offering an exercise channel and lead the entire round of each exercise, as if you were leading a class. It would definitely help us seniors, and also people from each generation. It's wonderful to know the names of each muscle the exercise is helping. The more I learn about my body, the better care I can give it. You're an excellent instructor.

Recently started high-pitched ringing in ears... not every day but sometimes all day. Thought it might be blood pressure fluctuations or age or who knows what. I tried this last week because 'how could it hurt' since it's focused massage. It targets areas where there's always tension: neck, jaw, temples, etc.
Amazingly, it works. The ringing sensation is mostly gone and some days completely gone. I use all of the techniques and I'm amazed that it's actually effective. Plus my neck feels looser and more relaxed overall.
Definitely keeping this up. Total win.
    Thanks, Dr. Rowe!

I have had issues with my levator scapula and spine since I was 16 now 48! I have been doing these exercises repeatedly and they do help reduce a lot of my daily pain. You've done more than any of the Spine Doctors and Message Therapists have done. Thank You Dr. Rowe I'm a believer

I had tried peroxide before going to a doctor, but doing your exercises I started to noticed immediately that the buzzing sounds has gotten much quieter and nearly stopped.
I can hear better without the buzzing sounds in my ears. YAHOO 😃😃😍
