As a musician tinnitus has ruined my life for the last month, I genuinely can't imagine how people live with this for years or their whole lives, it's been hell. I did this video once and my tinnitus has reduced by half, I managed to actually sleep and I'm now starting to feel a sense of hope. I can't thank you enough. Please don't lose hope if you're reading this.

I have severe tinnitus but there are many ways you can improve your life with it both cognitively and using these kinds of techniques. I also recommend meditation and breathing exercises.

@@christiangee942 I think it depends on how severe it is then the person can cope. I had a friend who committed suicide because of that. His ringing was at a catastrophic level and he also developed fullness and hyperacusis.

That's terrible and I wish he never would have done that but whoever has issues needs to get medical help suicide is selfish and other people shouldn't have to suffer because of it but sorry that you had to go through that sorry that you had to go through that

I've been trying tons of these massages on TH-cam to relieve my tinnitus in one ear. I cried when I finished this one because my tinnitus dissipated almost to non-existence 😭 the relief I'm feeling is wild!! Even if it comes back, knowing it's a drainage/fluid issue is so comforting. I never comment, but just hope this might convince someone else to take the 15 minutes and try this 💖

Lovely. Am trying these excercises for the first time today. My Meniere's decease has progressed to vestibular issues, have frequent positional vertigo attacks. Tinnitus has reduced drastically recently. I wanted to convey tinnitus actually appears to be a brain issue and not related to ear. It's the brain which receives messages from the source. Intuition is the vehicle for such messages and when the same is ignored or not trusted powerfully tinnitus occurs. Please do examine the above. These excercises are too good to be true. Thx.

After five or six weeks of weirdness in my ears following a string of colds flues etc, I found myself strangely off balance. Doing these exercises now for five weeks straight has done absolute wonders. I thank God he showed me your videos as I was getting pretty desperate and overthinking things! Each day I see things getting better and better! Its all almost completely and totally gone.

I'm utterly blown away with the relief I feel after 2 frustrating weeks (and many tears) of right ear fullness, hearing loss, tinnitus, and that awful feeling of fluid sloshing around in my head. I tried decongestants, antihistamines, neti pot, and a plethora of natural ear drops composed of this and that, all to no avail. After doing this protocol only twice (so far), I felt a lot of 'stuff' moving around my sinuses while out on my dog hike this afternoon. I could literally feel the pressure in my head dissipating as things crackled and popped their way through my ears, nose and throat. This evening I feel nothing but gratitude for the Universe bringing me to you, Dr. Adam. Not only does your protocol work, but your compassionate and joyful delivery gave me the hope I needed to transcend the debilitating discomfort and depression associated with just plain feeling gross. Thank you Adam, from the immensity of all my heart.

The specific unpecedented things that Jesus Christ said would happen prior to the rapture are all happening: Acts 2:17, Joel 2:28, Numbers 12:6 Matthew 24, sigms in the heavens, weather, earthquakes, etc. are all happening. His return was not possible until now.

I did the exercises and boy, my ear is no longer drumming along in time to the sound of external noises and voices on TV. I am totally amazed. I'm so hoping I've finally got on top of the issue for good. It has been so distressing living like this for a number of years!! Thank you 😊

I've been plagued with an intermittent blocked eustachian tube for years, and had been offered the fitting of a stent. This would mean the puncturing of an ear drum, and as a brass playing musician I wasn't keen on having this procedure in case the the ear drum didn't grow back properly.

I had horrible hay fever two weeks ago that wrecked my ears. They feel full and I have been waking up every morning clenching my teeth very hard (I have bruxism and wear a mouth guard every night, but usually relaxation techniques and self massage provides relief and nothing was helping!) After doing your exercising, I feel like I can breathe better (I didn't realize that I was still congested) and my jaw feels like puddy. Thank you! OMG thank you so much for these exercises! I’ve been dealing with a clogged right ear for the last month. It got so bad last week I couldn’t hear hardly anything out of it. In just 2 days of doing these exercises, my sinuses started draining and I was able hear out of my ear. After 4 days, I could hear clearly and the worst of the pressure is gone. I still have some tinnitus and a little pressure in my ear, but I’m hopeful that it will continue to clear up with time as I keep doing the exercises.

Hey Dr, tq for this technique. I dealt with a clogged ear for 5 days with a ringing sensation all the time after a waterfall water got into my ear. I've sought medical attention from a nearby clinic and Dr said i got infention and he gave my antibiotics ear drops, antibiotics tables and cold tables but it didn't go away. The Dr even cleaned my inner infected ear and lots of wax did wash out but i still couldn't get relief and there is an imbalance of sound in my head when i listen to someone talk. After following your method i began to balance my hearing to the center but i still have a clogged ear maybe due to more wax build up. Maybe in 2-3 days I'll meet the Dr again for cleaning the wax. Thanks Dr for your help! I guess God just wanted me to view your channel as it came out on my screen 😅 Thanks again from Malaysia 🇲🇾😊🙏🏾

Sometimes i feel really bad when my tinnitus high pitch. Living with that is really give me hard times. I try to not lose my mind... When i do your exercises (TMJ, Tinnitus, Neck Relief and this), I feel a relief and I feel hope for my Tinnitus treatment. Please take care of yourself. Have a good day ❤🌸✨
and i have a question. I have tinnitus in my left ear for 8 months and tinnitus in my right ear for 5 months. the left one has a thin sound and the right one has a pulse hearing sound. my ENT doctor had a medicated MRI and said that the vein in the right ear was coming towards the ear. Is that about eustcihian tube or tmj related? cause my right ear has sound after my left ear .
PS: If you gonna make video about tinnitus exercies again that would be great. 🤗
